Feb 22, 2016(Nyamilepedia) — The government and the entire people of Central African Republic ,on the behalf of Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) (IO) , the First Vice President of South Sudan his Excellency Dr. Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon and entire population of South Sudan, I extend my deepest appreciation for the free, fair, transparent and accredited general election conducted on Frebury 14, 2016 by People of Central African Republic, and acceptance of the electoral results by ex-premier, his Excellency Anicet Georges Dologuele.
My heartiest congratulation to his Excellency Professor Faustin Archange Touadera for winning the Central African Republic’s presidential election.
South Sudan looks forward to strengthening strongly the bilateral relation and cooperation between incoming transitional unity government of South Sudan and Central African Republic’s next administration.
