April 28, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — Gen. Paul Malong, the newly appointed Chief of Salva Kiir’s faltered army has pledge his Dinka community  and others South Sudanese political bedbugs in Juba that, his recently taking over the army commanding from Gen. James Hoth Mai as Salva Kiir’s fancy will blotch an end to the Nuer-lead rebellion against the Dinka-lead government within only thirty days. That is bogus. If it really happen, Malong‘ll be a hero worship to the Dinka community and others South Sudanese political scroungers like Equatorian. That could come about a marvel to bring to a standstill the current revolution that nearly tumbling the Dinka government in Juba. Not an arrogant individual Dinka.

We, in the Republic of South Sudan do not envision foreseeing any window of prospect that would keep South Sudan to remain united at this point in time under Salva Kiir and his militia.  E.g.  Agetwang, Adutt Banny and Malwal Ayuol. These are private army organized by the President solo as his personal special militia from Warrap and Awiel in Northern Bahr-el-Ghazel.

The private army directly commanded by the notorious butcher and murderer Paul Malong Awan, the former Governor of Northern Bahr-el-Ghazel whose Salva Kiir appointed the new Chief of his army. The purpose of the private army was to commit and accomplice to commit genocide, ethnic cleansing targeting the Nuer nation and its great people in a form of collective chastisement against the Nuer nation as a “final solution” in “whole or in part” and bound  hundreds of thousands to seek refuge in the United Nations Mission in Southern Sudan (UNMISS).

Nuer  would have to respond to aggressively, surgically, rationally and reasonably until the last of Salva Kiir’s militias, including Paul Malong Awan and his accomplices would be caught, indicted and brought to justice sooner rather later. Replacing James Hoth with Malong don’t spared the later ( Hoth)  from giving answer to the thousands of the innocent s Nuer men and women killed in Juba by an army which he ( Gen, Hoth) said to be the Chief of its General Staff.

Despite that James Hoth has admitted his being caught in mediocrity as between Dinka who allegedly labeled him as fifth-column within their government  and the Nuer who consider him a traitor for supporting tribal government against his own people.  I denied that, Dinka might wrongly took him as being a Nuer by tribe mean that, he may be in some extend attributed to the Nuer cause.  Without Gen. James Hoth Mai, Nuer has fought 63 tribes of South Sudan plus Uganda and the Sudanese rebel force on Salva Kiir’s pay list.  Instead, Hoth Mai is a war criminal and should be indicted to the International Criminal Court which I believe he would one day face justice.

The Nuer nation has the capacity to fight this perpetrated tribal warfare against Salva Kiir Mayardit and his cronies. The recent causes of the South-South War, if not fittingly and pithily explicated in this article for the world and the people of South Sudan readers to know and to be updated of what transferred retrospect to 15, 16 &17 December 2013 up to present.

The recent appointments of only Bhar El-Ghazelian in the army have shown that, Salva Kiir is now conventional to be a regional leader. He is no longer the leader of the state, or else what vetoed him from appointing the new chief of general staff from [an] other region or tribe? Meanwhile, Salva Kiir has shifted his government from the formerly Dinka dominated government to Bhar el Gazal Dinka dominated government. Therefore, it is still going on in an increasing move to be a Clan government that will be dominated by Rek Dinka of Warrap where Salva Kiir comes from.

Salva Kiir’s decision to replace restrained and liberal army generals with hardliners from the region would add more weight on his government and possibly trounce from the presidency. The president thinks the elimination of modest and noninterventionist army officers from their positions would stand by him from this crisis. These changes will add more pressure. Many reading from these recent changes in pretext of the current trench of the rebel victories is that the president had arrived at a point where his close supporters and associates were getting aggravated.

Some of them including Paul Malong who he has appoints now the new Chief of the General Staff had endangered Salva Kiir to recall their relatives and friends serving in the army. Gen. Paul Malong repeatedly called for the withdrawal of soldiers from the Bahr el Ghazal region fighting rebel forces in different areas across the country. Despite the fact that, these were already signs of frustrations. So for him (the president) to appease them (his allies) is to act in their favor. The question here is whether, Paul Malong’s 85 wives are the ones to produce army which will fight Nuer within 30 days or, the dead Dinka civilians he ( Malong) conscripted and recruited to the SPLA before and throughout the conflicts will resurrect and forms the Malong’s new army to fight Nuer?
