Nov 23, 2015 (Nyamilepedia) — The Diaspora Sudan people Liberation Movement (SPLM) Youth League in Ethiopia and Arab Republic of Egypt condemns the recent illegal amendment of the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan 2011, Article 162 (1) which stipulate the number of South Sudan’s States should be ten; was amended to enable President Salva Kiir to implement the order “Creation of 28 states”, the move derailed the lately signed Compromise Peace Agreement on Resolution of South Sudan Conflicts which was inked in August by two warring parties based on current existing ten states.
Article 165 (1) and Article 165 which give the president supper power to appoint states legislative assemblies, and nominating governors to the states respectively. National Legislative Assembly is the voice of people and should consider what citizen need to be changed and implemented; but the current assembly acts only on issues that please Salva Kiir’s administration and his crew; we call upon all Legislatures Assembly members to come to their senses and work for the interests of the people of new nation.
We appeal to all members of IO Youth Leagues worldwide and to the people of South Sudan to reject the ‘’Establishment Order’’ that of President Salva Kiir a veto powers to manipulate the structure of our country, create more division and territorial tribal wars among the multi-ethnic groups of South Sudan.
We, the Youth League in Ethiopia and Egypt applaud our voices and plea to IGAD-Plus, UN, AU, EU, Russia, China and to all peace adherents globally to advice government of Slava Kiir to respects the terms of accord that he (Kiir) himself signed.
The Deputy Youth League Chairman Cde John Youhanes Magok stretched out and urge the former President of Botswana Festus Gontebanye Mogae, the new head of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC), which is tasked with overseeing implantation of South Sudan’s new peace agreement to come up with a stability mechanism in which withdrawal of all allies forces (UPDF, SPLA-N and JEM Fighters) should be declared prior to arrival opposition’s advance team to Juba. We’re suspicious that allies forces are still harboring by South Sudan government and through investigation we will strength and enhance the truth to implement the compromise peace agreement smoothly. Our leadership under Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of SPLM/A-IO is fully abide by the term of agreement and ready to implemented as proposed; Government of South Sudan must adapt the move and step on truck of peace implementation so that the suffering of our citizens in grass root is rescued.

You guy have been sleeping not know salva kirr was fooling Dr Riek Machar by signing the paper.
Yes, just the paper because salva kirr was forth comming by directlly saying “this is not a bible nor kuran” because he(salva kirr) knew to voilate the peace compremise at any time and no one will challenge. Now salva kirr was preparing his militians and merceneries to come back to south sudan to finish the business.
I feel sorry for our dead people because they sacrified their lives to save others nuer,and all including those that are killing everthing in south sudan. Who you believe when he was trying to finish you when you had less power.
