Sept 06, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — According to an insider, who attended the External Intelligence Conference on 30th August, 2014, in Nairobi Kenya, part of South Sudan Intelligence delegation that attended the undisclosed conference has proceeded to Pretoria, South Africa.
Following the conference in Nairobi, South Sudan’s Director General of External Security, Thomas Duoth Guet, was allegedly tasked to lead the delegation to South Africa.
“after the heads of external Intelligence conference held in Nairobi that ended on 30th August, Thomas Duoth Guet, proceeded to Pretoria after hearing the news that the Chaiman of the SPLM/IO was traveling to South Africa” said the insider, upon his arrival in Juba, South Sudan.
The team that proceeded to Pretoria, according to the insider, is made up of Rwandans, Ugandans and South Sudanese security personnel, who participated in External Intelligence Conference.
“He is being accompanied by Ugandan and Rwandan Intelligence personnel unit of special operation, trained for carrying out assassinations and poisoning in an attempt to kill the Chairman.” the intelligence said.
A Congolese Major General, Ambamba Bahuma, the North Kivu Province regional military commander died on Saturday night shortly after meeting his Ugandan counterparts, the UPDF’s 2nd Division commander, Brig. Peter Elwelu, in Kasese, Uganda.
In other reports, the body of Rwanda’s former spy chief was found, possibly strangled, in a hotel in South Africa in January this year. Col. Patrick Karegeya, former head of Rwanda’s external intelligence service, was found strangled in the Michelangelo Towers Suites in Johannesburg, South Africa.
According to the insider, who contacted Nyamilepedia’s editorial team on condition of anonymity, “Duoth Guet was seen recently in Nairobi Capital dress like a street boy, trying to practice how to hide his appearance for the operation he is tasked by Salva Kiir and Yoweri Museveni to carry out now in South Africa.”
Gen. Duoth Guet is among the few security and army officials, who testified in court earlier this year that the December incident was a coup, organized by the politicians that include the former detainees, Dr. Riek Machar, Taban Deng Gai and Alfred Lado Gore. His claims, however, were denied by the Chief of Military Intelligence, Mac Paul, and the former army’s chief of staff, James Hoth Mai.
Latest reports from Pretoria indicate that the SPLM/A delegation, led by the Chairman Dr. Riek Machar, is under a warm custody of South African government. Machar is received by members of South African government and is expected to be in town for a few more days.
