March 09, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —- The information gathered by our intelligent from different sources indicates that no presidential election will take place after the end of the three years transitional period. The source said that Gen. Mayardit of the SPLM/SPLA was formally endorsed by the tribal political body called Dinka National Council of Elders (DNCE) to be only presidential candidate in the newly founded country. The (DNCE) believed that Gen. Mayardit is only qualified person for the position of the presidency in South Sudan. The opposition leaders such as Dr. Lam Akol Ajawin, Dr. Riek Machar Teny, Mr. Pagan Amum, and other popular political leaders will not be permitted to contest for the presidency in the upcoming 2018 presidential election because the (DNCE) which will be the ruling council for the awaiting Transitional Government of the National Unity (TGNU) had officially empowered Gen. Mayardit of the (SPLA) to be the only ruler of the country. All the opposition leaders who will attempt to campaign for the removal of the (DNCE)’s leadership in 2018 will be assassinated and their followers will be massacred in the present of the International Community (IC) as it happened in December 2013.

In 2010, Dr. Lam Akol Ajawin of the (SPLM-DC) stood against Gen. Mayardit of the (SPLA).The election campaign was not free and fair because Mayardit has been using authoritarian leadership style to threaten his opponents. Some of Akol’s body guards were reportedly killed by the SPLA-Dinka-military intelligent and those who wanted to vote for him were forced to stand behind Mayardit at the polling stations. The source revealed that those who refused to provide their full political support to the SPLM-Party were tortured to death and their valuables were confiscated by the SPLA-Dinka-military intelligent during April 2010 presidential election. Dr. Akol who strongly challenged the election result was forced to leave the South Sudanese territory for another country. The source said that he escaped to the neighboring Sudan and later flew to Egypt in search of safe haven. He later returned to South Sudan following the outbreak of the first phase of the South-South civil war. The Dinka-military intelligent attempted to eliminate him after his arrival in Juba but their unethical decision was strongly condemned by the International Community (IC). According to the source Dr. Akol is not allowed to travel abroad to maintain Dinka dominion in the newly founded nation.

In 2013 the members of the National Executive Bureau (NEB) of the (SPLM) held a convention in Juba to nominate a qualified person who will compete with the other presidential candidates. The convention did not go smoothly as expected. Gen. Mayardit of the (SPLA) declared himself to be the only presidential candidate for the SPLM-Party. The source stated that most the 2013 convention participants were very much disappointed when Mayardit self appointed himself to be the only qualified presidential candidate of the party and decided not to take part in the next round of the session. When Mayardit realised that some of the members of (NEB) refused to attend the second or third round of the session he lost patience and ordered the SPLA-Dinka extremists to disarm the Nuer who operate under the name Tiger Battalion so that he could arrest \some of the members of the (NEB) who work against his self-appointment. The Nuer who belong to the Tiger Battalion were told to lay down their guns by the SPLA-Dinka extremists and they resisted the unethical disarmament. The two opposite groups began to exchange heavy artillery in the South Sudanese Capital Juba for several hours and the tension was reportedly spread to the other regions of the youngest nation such as Eastern Equatoria, Western Equatoria, Lakes, Western Bahr al Ghazal, Northern Bahr al Ghazal, Warrap, Unity, Upper Nile, and Jonglei State. The conflict escalated into terrible tribal war between Nuer and Dinka. A reliable source said that most of the Nuer who were living in the Capital Juba were reportedly massacred in the present of the International Community (IC) from 15th-17th of December 2013 by the SPLA-Dinka extremists who were deliberately mobilised by Gen. Mayardit from Greater Bahr al Ghazal Region. The Nuer civilians who survived were those who rushed to the (UNIMISS) for their safety.

Dr. Machar who endevoured to contest for party ticket for the 2010 presidential election walked towards Jonglei alongside with his followers to prepare for the battle against the government troops. The source described that they were ambushed twelve times by the SPLA-Dinka- extremists while on their journey to the State of Jonglei in order to retain Mayardit’s presidency in the country. In 2014 Machar founded the SPLM/SPLA-I.O. in order to free the marginalised citizens from the SPLM/SPLA-IG. through the barrel of the gun after his arrival in Upper Nile State. Unfortunately the liberation of the South Sudan from the government forces was hijacked by Dr. Machar’s laissez-faire leadership style. The bosses who use this leadership approach encourage their followers to rule themselves in the organisations. They prefer to keep themselves away from decision-making because they delegate absolute powers to the team mates. Lewin, Lappitt and White (1939). The youths who overwhelmingly and voluntarily joined the war against the (UPDF), (SPLA) and (SRF) totally failed to rescue the unarmed innocent civilians in South Sudan because the (SPLA-IO.) has been operating under free reign leadership style. The key cities of the Greater Upper Nile Region such as Bor,Malakal and Bentiu were confirmed completely dismantled during the first stage of the South-South civil war because the (SPLA-IO.) ’s combatants totally failed to advance towards Greater Equatoria and Greater Bahr al Ghazal Region. The eyewitness said that these cities will be rebuilt from zero level after the end of the conflict.

On 17th of August 2015 the leader of the SPLM/SPLA-I.O.) signed a peace deal with the government of Juba to stop the bloodshed in the country. This Compromise Peace Agreement (CPA) was breached several times by the existing governing body of South Sudan titled Dinka National Council of Elders (DNCE) in order to maintain Mayardit’s presidency. The (DNCE) was officially disclosed to the media after the outbreak of the first stage of the South-South civil war in the year 2013. The source narrated that this tribal political body was created by the senior Dinka elders from different clan backgrounds to encourage and also to promote slavery, marginalisation, dinkanisation and forceful kiirisation in the newly founded nation. The (DNCE) deliberately delayed the implementation of the (CPA) because the overwhelming majority of the freedom fighters decided to stay in the wilderness for the liberation of the youngest country from the (SPLA), (the (UPDF), and the (SRF) through intensive military campaign . The awaiting formal uprising against the government of Juba is very likely to start after the announcement of the establishment of the upcoming Transitional Government of the National Unity (TGNU). The new armed groups will be forming a Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) to overrun all the key Capital cities of South Sudan such as Malakal, Bentiu, Warrap, Awiel, Wau, Rumbek, Yambio, Juba, Kapoeta, and Bor.

In summary, Dr. Machar, Dr. Akol, Mr. Amum and other opposition leaders were misled by Gen. Mayardit of the SPLM/SPLA-IG. over the forthcoming 2018 presidential election. It was confirmed that the (DNCE) had strongly endorsed Gen. Mayardit to be the only presidential candidate in 2018. None of his opponents will be allowed to contest for the upcoming presidential election in South Sudan. The political leaders who will react against unethical decision made by the (DNCE) will be assassinated and their followers will be massacred by the SPLA-Dinka-extremists in the present of the International Community (IC). This demonstrates that Mayardit will be eliminated through the barrel of the gun and not through peaceful democratic election.

Who cares about the election, Machar? The man has zero chance of winning an election with support of few Equatorians and all Nuers including the ones that died after him. Machar is weak comes election but right now he Machar is trying to win a bit of sympathetic support from Jaang by not taking the war to Jaang territories. Lets be realistic, Dr Machar has more better chance of becoming the president of South Sudan during the transitional gov of national unity if Salva Kiir happened to die in his sleep because he Machar would be next in line as system of hierarchy requires so. Machar’s other chance is by defeating this dictator and his tribal government by force.

You are so right E.E, S.Kiir might be the first and last and longest serving dictator South Sudan will have had. The only way to tamed South Sudan’s war toughened gun slingers and trigger happy thugs is with good governance anf fair practices of equal access to opportunities for all. And that will requires law and order with at least minimal peace & stability. An atmosphere of fair chance for all to realized their potential to be as competitive.
