August 23, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The members of the Red Army Foundation of South Sudan in the diaspora (RAF) would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and the entire SPLM/A leadership for the unilateral landmark peace agreement, signed on August 17, 2015 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. A breakthrough that will bring an end to a conflict that has caused incalculable human and property loses to our fragile infrastructure. You have once again shown superior leadership and outstanding commitment toward a peaceful solution. And we, the members of this institution applaud and admire your excellent merits to stop the suffering of the vulnerable citizens of this great nation.
Our unconditional support and determination will always remain analogous and unquestionable. The RAF is a crucial political wing within SPLM/A since its inception and it’s our moral obligation to stand firmly with your leadership in these challenged moments of our history. As people of goodwill, we respect and honor the laws of our resistance movement and will go beyond them if the circumstances demanded.
The ongoing crisis in our nation require of the absolute and collective collaboration of all his citizens, as part of this society we are kindly asking the leadership of SPLM/A to consider and enable our members the opportunity to contribute in this process. We are qualified and talented professionals with well-defined goals toward the building process of our country, and indeed it was the main reason we were sent to Cuba by the movement to acquire the necessary skills. Today we can proudly say that our mission has been successfully completed and bearing its fruits.
Finally we want to rectify our stand and remind you, that we have deposited our confidence and tenacious support toward your leadership; by immediately intensifying our efforts to accelerate our keen participation in all the sectors or fronts of the movement. The victory of the people is certain, and we are very optimistic of reaching a sustainable peace in South Sudan.
