Dec 15, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — The Governor of Unity State, Joseph Nguen Manytuil Wejang, issued a State gubernatorial decree No.106 for the year 2015 for the relieves and appointments of two State Advisors.
The decree relieves Hon. Benjamin Majak Dau from his position as the State Advisor on Local Government and Good Governance and Mary Paul Ngundeng as State Advisor on Investment.
In the decree, the acting governor appointed Koang Badeng Chop as the state Advisor on Investment, and Hon. William Wien Maker as the state Advisor on Local Government and Good Governance.
The decree is effective as from the 9th day of December 2015.
The two Advisors took oath of office today in front of Manytuil in Juba and pledged to serve the people and government of Unity State with loyalty, diligent and devotion.
In his remarks during the swear-in ceremony, Governor Manytuil urges the new Advisors to work for peace and unity among the people of Unity State and the people of South Sudan.
Governor Manytuil also reiterates the unwavering commitment of the government of Unity State to deliver social services to its people once the current conflict is brought to an end.
Governor Manytuil concludes his remarks by thanking the outgoing Advisors for serving “our heroic people” with confidence and love.
