May 09, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — Many people in global social media have been asking me, “what am I fighting for?”, today let me answer your question.
If you are a citizen of the Republic of South Sudan and had been to Juba or visited Juba, I believed you have seen a lot of human disgrace practice by injustice government to its own citizen. The country gained independence from Khartoum because of such activities being practice agains Southerners.
There is no way for people who had fought to be free over 60 years of devastated war history to forget their scarifications. Not only did the government corrupted, but also abuses citizens, neglect children, inadequate sufficient misuse of government troops as an instrumental tools of scarring minorities, women abuse, widows neglected, high volume of criminal activities being practice by government employees with no right justification. And the list goes on.
All these governmental behaviors are totally unacceptable here in South Sudan or anywhere and everywhere. We have a country with a lot of resources, but the first valuable are people. South Sudanese are one people but how can that be without Nuer or other minorities? I said if the peace don’t work, and an interim government is deceptive, we will go for a self determination.
Making Greater Upper-Nile region as a country throughout referendum in which the citizens of that region for sure will overwhelmingly vote for total autonomy secession from the dictatorial government of South Sudan. We will finally propose referendum, and to be conducted maybe in 2015 and so.
If the CPA had ended one of Africa’s longest civil wars in which many lives were lost, the CPA will also reinstall peace in South Sudan but only if the government change its behaviors. We have emerge from decades of neglect and discrimination from Khartoum and can not see that again from juba. The country is now putting all its efforts and resources to nation building of one person, “Kiir Kingdom” this is not 1800……we are globally known as freedom seekers, we will fight, and fight till justice prevails.
