30th October 2015.(Nyamilepedia) — South Sudan is believed to be rich in minerals in the form of petroleum, uranium, cooper, zinc, iron ore, gold and coal. It is blessed with arable land for agriculture, enormous animal resources, fisheries, wildlife and various tourism sites. Most of these endowment are untapped and commercialised except the Petroleum resources.

South Sudan is the least developed and the poorest country on earth despite all the present of the above stipulated natural wealth. Its population was subjected to all forms of negative political, economic, social and cultural indexes. Wars of liberations were fought by generations against the oppression and finally were concluded in 2011 with independent.

The independence of South Sudan in 2011 was received with huge jubilations by Southerners with the thinking that, their structured suffering has come to an end, and all the services which were denied to them for ages shall be realised in the hands of their sons and daughters in the independent South Sudan. Contrary to their expectations and aspirations is what transpired in December 2013 in Juba, the capital of the young nation just two years (29 months) from the freedom day. The young nation descended into deadliest and brutal conflict with itself. Many lives were lost, ill-developed infrastructures were destroyed, and people are immensely displaced. The social fabric is greatly injured and is right now in the intensive care unit (ICU) both in Juba and Pagak. Little revenues which is being generated from oil is reduced to security sector at the expense of the provisions of social services which are in the dire need. Enmity and fear of unknown have conquered the hearts of the impoverished South Sudanese. Arusha and Addis Ababa agreements are signed, but their faithful implementations case logical doubts in the minds of ordinary citizens because their leaders seem to have developed unimagine mistrust among themselves. Nevertheless, there is still hope that peace shall one day prevail in South Sudan.

Political leaders both in Juba and Pagak need to acknowledge that their sustained diverging views to stop the senseless war amount to a continued loss of lives and suffering of South Sudanese. They “must” accept to tolerate themselves and work together or allow others to takeover to carry on in achieving the noble call of vibrant South Sudan. South Sudanese need a genuine reconciliation and healing to poster a strong unity. All the 64 plus nationalities should get united and must believe that their unity is their strength and their strength is their pride and dignity.

Politicians should overcome their personal grudges and built a solid society to enjoy their hard-earned independent. All the 64 plus tribes in South Sudan should enjoy equal rights and duties regardless of the sizes of their populations and must equally, be accorded the needed opportunities in their country of origin.

My dear political leaders, please imagine that you are confined in UNMISS Camps, Swampy SUDD Region, Guol yar, refugees camps in Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan and Uganda and beyond, how will you feel if the solution to your suffering is in your hand? Deliver a solution right!

The hope of those suffering people is in your hands and please take courage and stand tall to your differences and champion their liberty and freedoms to rebuilt their lives. It is a time to say “enough is enough”. Please seize the chance since the ball is still in court before it is too late. The process to end the suffering is what the people of South Sudan need from you today and not tomorrow.

Stay bless

Long live South Sudan!

God bless the people of South Sudan.

They are no good, they just wanted our people to work for free and eat with them a dead foods with them.but they are very kind with outsiders,as they have done those things at the time of bloody conflict for 22 years and until now. Those people can unite too to destroy anyone if you stay anything, whether they are main SPLM or the so-called SPLM-IO. Imagine how Riek Machar walked out from his work to Hack everybody.

well articulated molana but the problem here is lack of institutional structures the three pillars of any viable government in the world ! the executive, the legislature and the judiciary and more importantly the ‘NATIONAL ARMY’ free from political influence. none of all these four are missing where do we expect the change and development? Good luck
