WARNING TO EQUATORIANS

By Cde Peter Kleto,

23 may 2010 – Western Equatoria State, South Sudan – People displaced by the LRA attacks. The LRA has attacked a number of roads, villages, and clinics near the town of Tambora over the last week pushing thousands of people to flee to Tambora for protection. Western Equatoria state has been rocked by LRA activities since 2006. Thousands of people have been forced from their homes as brutal attacks continue against the civilian population in the region and neighboring DRC and CAR. Photo credit: Benedicte Desrus

May 19, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — Equatorians have been fighting and more were recruited to defend the tribal and ruthless Dictator President Salva Kiir. I want to seriously informed and warn the people of Greater Equatoria to avoid being used by the tribal government using few equatorian opportunists within the dying Juba government. You have been all along fighting against your interest.

The tribal and genocidal army of Juba regime is not defending the constitution but Salva Kiir. Where is democracy when elected officials are removed and replace by the president at any time, where is democracy when a journalist is only allowed to air good report about the government, where is democracy when citizens are not allowed to speak their minds, where is justice when more than 20,000 innocent Nuer and others are being massacred in Juba in addition to hourly death, where is justice when the killers are still roaming the streets of Juba and controlling the country like their personal property, where is accountability when money is being corrupted in a broad day light to enrich one group of people, where is accountability when innocent civilians are being killed based on their ethnicity without bringing the killers to book, where is equality when opportunities are offered to one group of people, where is equality when people are being classified into different ranks, first, second, third fourth class and so on, where is equality when others are not allowed to stand for public office.

Equatorians must not accept to join government force and this ongoing recruitment must fail by all means. If you are force to join the tribal army to defend the dictator, then I urge you to turn your guns against the dictator who have caused untold suffering to our people. On the other hand, I called on all of you the Equatorians to join the armed resistance movement the SPLM/A in opposition under the visionary, and democratic federal leader Comrade Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon.

The people of Equatoria have been calling for federal system of governance and this has become an overdue demand and I want to inform you that you cannot achieve federal system under dictator Salva Kiir, you have tried it several times and all attempts were thrown into a dustbin. Why are you defending a dictator who is against the interest of your people and killing those who are fighting to implement a system that all of us want. We the people of Equatoria must come to understanding that this is a matter of life and death, the choice is ours.

Finally, the programmes of reforms and system of governance that the visionary and democratic leader comrade Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon put on the table will put a full stop to all our problems and suffering. I see bright picture of hope under Dr. Riek Machar and a totally No future under tribal leader Salva Kiir. Please Equatorians, let us wake up and join the people’s resistance movement under His Excellency Dr. Riek Machar. South Sudan will never be the same again. Change must come under a new system. I am calling for all of you to join now and not tomorrow.

Thank you and God bless you. You can reach me at peterkleto@gmail.com

Look, the problems are not going to stop unless accepted peace. Also you are warning your Equatorians for nothing, they are coward this is why the town fall quickly for some time because they fear to fights rebels or Arabs during 21 years. The Dinkas young men are going back to gets guns and fights rebels soon. I think we have accepted to supports Salva Kiir because we have seen some signs which will not be ignored.

Mawien Magol,
Have you admit and have accept the defeat of Juba government, by Gen. Johnson Olony, it is good now to believe that, Gen. Olony is powerful than anybody in Warrap government, because he captured Malakal and now he is shutting down the oil field. Where is Kuol Manyang and Stephen Dhieu? are they in hiding after they have mistaken to touch the sleeping Lion in it’s den. Now things have gone out of control, but the question is remain unanswered, where will Salva Kiir, Kuol Manyang, Stephen Dhieu and Simon Kuon Pouc go? since they are running like chicken without head in Juba Na Barri trying to get out before Gen. Johnson Olony get to Juba after clean up the parasites that claim Chollo ancestral land to be their.

Mawien,

Brave people do not hide in UN camps under protection of the peace keepers. Remember 80 % or more of all the Dinka and Nuer casualties during the liberation war came from inter-tribal war between the Dinka and the Nuer. Just like now, villages in Greater Upper Nile was emptied not by Beshier’s Jihadists but by the same Nuer and Dinka Generals and their militia soldiers now terrorising your people (Dinka and Nuer). Your bravery is misplaced. See what it is doing to your people.

No amount of manipulation and begging for alliance will induce Equatoria to join in fighting a senseless war. Nobody will be allowed to run riots like idiots in the towns and settlements in Equatoria. Keep your stupid war in backyards and leave Equatoria alone.

NB: Stop using irrelevant library pictures to paint a non existent scenario in Western Equatoria.

Professor, Peter Kleto, you are a true nationalist and leader our time. As an Equatorian elder who have been an officer in Anya nya one, I would like to say you are a true son of Equatoria and South Sudan. This is what we expect from a true leader, someone who tells the truth and show the way to stop the suffering. You my children Equatorians, I strongly advised you to follow this great man and leader called Peter Kleto, his words will open the way for you to get freedom from this Dinka government. Our leaders in government are bribed and have forgotten us. Leaders like Peter should never be forgotten in our history because his writing alone can speaks for itself that he is a true leader. We do not know him in person but his writing tells alot about his personality. May God bless Equatoria and South Sudan.

Well and clear message Mr. Kleto, I am a Dinka from Warrap but I would vote for you because your writing shows that you are a leader for all South sudanese. What you telling is true, my people are doing bad to Equatorians and other tribes and your people are left with no choice but to pick up arms. I believe all tribes should be equal. Those who are against your paper are enemies of peace and disgruntle opportunists who are benefiting from this regime. Anyone who loves South Sudan would love your writing. We need leaders like you to lead us forward. Some of us Dinkas are afraid of intellectuals like you because you can move mountains by your words and mobilize supporters behind Riek Machar, but right is right, you are doing the right thing. May peace return to South sudan

Dinka at least have a Rainy forest and a jungle with many trees to hide itself. Nuer has no place to hide itself.

Peter,
Equatorians rebelled long time ago before the Nuer of Riek Machar rebelled. Federalism, was their option from 2006 when they decided that they didnt want Nuer and Dinka to live in Equatoria by denying them lands to build their homes. This same idea is what is being preached by you as a strategy to gain their support for your rebellion. However, they know that is not your intention. That is why they are hesitant to join you in big numbers in the battlefield. Only politicians looking for positions have joined you. Besides, you know Equatorians, why do you threaten them.

Gatdeet,
Not so fast. Your luck with Olony will runout shortly. Give it another 24 hours my brother. Then you can talk about the shutdown. the Whole SPLA forces will be zeroing in on Paloich as it is lifeline of South Sudan government. You think we will let you have it easily like it. Riek and Salva themselves will command their forces physically in the battle of Paloich.

YOUR 24HRS IS NEARLY OVER, YOUR PATHETIC KINGDOM CONTINUE BURNING. YOUR THAT CLOSE TO BEING A CERTIFIED RECKLESS LIAR. YOU ARE ONE MORE COWARD NOW OFFICIALLY ON MY RADAR !

Gatnor,
Have you captured Paloich? Are you even in Akoka? U are in the river with the ship heading to Kosti. Is that the capture you are talking about\/

Reply
GatNor May 20, 2015 at 6:35 am

Lets just say you have not retaken Paluoc and your 24hrs trikled down to zero.

Reply
Nyaluak Lual May 20, 2015 at 9:44 am

Gatnor,
Why are you not getting this? You don’t have ground forces in Akoka, Malut or Paloich. You have your ground force in Malakal. What has been fighting along the river are your ships which were destroyed today at 2:30pm by Gen. Buay Rolnyang. They were two big ships and 4 motor boats mounted with 12.7mm. All sank in the River Nile. You may hear the announcement from Philip later on officially. Instead of thinking about Paloich, think about recapture of Malakal my friend. I am not joking. Ho, by the way if you captured Paloich, dont you think that this will be a big announcement by Riek Machar himself instead of his sidekick James Gatdeet Dak in Nairobi? Just think of that. Now, with the destruction of the ships which Malong carelessly gave to Olony, the ball is now in your court my friend.

Mawien Magol, I have read ur post and re-read again and again. I found that u lack statistical data on ur argument about equatorians. Its the same frog that misrespected Johnson Olony……I refer u to have sense when ever u make comments regarding equatorial.

Tell me which part in south Sudan was safe to be if not equatorial land?……you sounded very maimed in your own words.

And to Peter Cleto, brother …..I pray u don’t join the movement to satisfy your self dissatisfactory, A movement is never been put like a business areana, where u keep using all ground to advertise ur products. A movement Should stand by its own vision, mission and purpose. It should be driven by an internal will. Let people see that u are for a reason……you don’t have to mock the sleeping equatotian. Tell me aren’t an equatorian? One has to be touch to join the movement. Its not thru threats…..and that tells me the movement lucks democracy that u proclaimed in ur own post. If u didn’t know about equatorian read more on the movements in Sudan…….!let the equatorian enjoy their sleep and let those who are in the movement enjoy their trip to democracy. Democracy is not thru what u think….equatotian shld do…….

Let us not use our position to dram nonsense…..its thru integrity that one can be worthy as a leader. Leadership is not what we may think. We might think we are acting as leaders but we are acting as managers of an entity.

Dear Peter, good point, look Equatorians have already taken a step towards your advice, in the recent fighting in Malakal information came that Equatorians soldiers together with some elements from Baher El Ghazal (Mathiang Nyor,I guess) did not involved themselves in the fight; this is a positive move they need to take another step by turning their weapons against the government so as to increase the pressure. Although war is not good and should not be encouraged because it kills, destroys and displaced people; it can be an alternative mechanism this is because the regime does not listen to the voice of its people, perhaps listen to bullets. South Sudan I a multiethnic/cultural country in such a situation freedom, democracy, justice and independence/self governance of the people are highly needed. People including the least tribes should be allowed to choose the way they want to live or be ruled, laws and the constitution must ensure protection of every community from discrimination, nepotism and abuse no one should impose things on others. In my opinion federal system can be a solution to the problem of South Sudan but should be designed carefully with participation of all the people in this country and should consider reforms in the organized forces army, police, wildlife…etc.

You know very well that the first people who opened your eyes were equatorians. If your father did no thought about you by then, talk to any elder next to you to lecture you about the history of struggle for liberation in South Sudan. The Torit Mutiny of 1955.

whatever you look forward peace and you are still interested yourselves after money to corruption and you are not bealived in peace of our Nation what would be the solution? when we continue for fighting in our nation and we also need every person in this country to be a rebel why? Because our government in Juba are condemned and more of challenges to is own citizens over all what is the problem? thanks

Woooooooo!!!! Shame on you tribalists who fight for their selfish motives. You are all doomed. God will bring you all down.

Equatorians are not for selfish things but for unity, justice, freedom and the rule of law under a federal system of governance. All those talking bad against Equatorians are like Judas who betrayed Jesus and later regreted. No any single thing will affect us easily because we believe in God rather than individuals. Equatorian leaders oyeeeeee in Jesus’ Name.
