Former Ugandan president, Idi Amin Dada, who ruled his nation with an iron fist, compared to Salva Kiir Mayardit of South Sudan(Photo: supplied)

July 11, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — On January 25th 1971, General Idi Amin Dada, seized power to the great satisfaction of the British government, who hated Milton Obotte so much that they wished him dead. Shortly after taking over, Amin started to cleanse Obotte’s tribe from the army and all public institutions. In a very short time, Amin promoted himself to the rank of Field Marshal just to lead an army of less than 20,000, not only that but he declared himself President for life.

During his regime which lasted for just eight (8) years, he used to tell the South Sudanese who were serving in his regime to build a house or invest something in the South, because, he knew that his regime will not last that long. However, they did not heed to Amin’s plea, and eventually Amin’s regime collapsed in April 1979, after Tanzanian invasion of Uganda.

This short introduction tells us that dictators don’t last for long; otherwise Adolf Hitler, Mussolini and Ceausescu wouldn’t go. The rule applies to Kiir’s crumbling regime too, it is just a matter of time Kiir and his SPLM/A will be in history’s dustbin. For those who think that Kiir is there to stay forever would be a mistaken and erroneous belief. These days, some of people or guys from greater Mundri and Maridi Counties are engaged in the business of selling out their own brothers for a little sum of money or positions.

A month ago, some Moru community leaders held a press conference at South Sudan Hotel, though the content was diluted by some politicians, but the message conveyed to the general public was clear and loud. However, after the press conference one of the politicians name withheld for future reference, chastised an elder and community leader, who read the condemnation message for taking questions from the journalists. Few days later, six names were submitted to the national security including the very person who read the press release and those with him at the table, but due to divine intervention, the list was cancelled and action was not taken against the six leaders.

Now, the problem has resurfaced again, this time with much intensity, another list was submitted to the National Security which originated from the military intelligence (MI). Again with divine intervention, what was planned in darkness was brought to light. The list involved some prominent community leaders and intellectuals, if they were to be arrested it could have been a big blow to our community in Juba.

Our intelligence sources tells us that, some of our politicians are behind this move, even the source went as far as suggesting some names, but we would not be able to divulge their names at this time, we shall wait until such a time. Remember, one of our brothers who is serving in the indiscipline SPLA force called Captain Friday, was arrested on Thursday June the 25th 2015, on flimsy charges that he was supporting our brothers in the bush and hiding or stealing 4 AK 47s and some pistols, we do not know his whereabouts so far. We are holding the regime responsible, particularly, the SPLA should anything happens to our brother Friday and Driuni who are being kept in a dungeon.

Let us hope that he is safe somewhere. Also, more than two 1st Lieutenants had to flee for their lives after being reported to the MI of Jeinge, more  names are expected to be released very soon which includes some army and police officers, NCOs and some civilians according to our sources.

The question is who is behind all these malicious and mischievous acts and why? The answer is crystal clear, only those who stand to benefit and gain from this regime of kleptocracy. But be reminded that traitors always ends up in tragedy, particularly, in their last days, the best example to cite is the story of notorious NATALI the MI NCOs who shed a lot of blood during the 22 years civil war. Natali terrorized Juba town during the 80s and 1990s, he was above everything, and everyone feared him he was like a demigod. He goes to a market and will just lift up his basket toward the butcher and the best part of the meat will be delivered to him free of charge, if you dare to ask for money make sure that you will vanish the very day or night. Natali never thought that his world will come to an end one day, but it came anyway, he died tragically and those who saw him could not believe their eyes.

There were others too, people like Sebit a guy from Bor who defected from the SPLA only to take revenge on his brothers, Hamouda a Kuku fellow, T Jambi responsible for killing almost all wildlife colleagues and finally Jamal Feki who is now wretched and leading a miserable life in Khartoum.

Also, we would like to bring to the world attention the suffering of our young arrow boys from Maridi, who were captured some days ago and are now being tortured at the hands of Dinka soldiers at the command post (Gyada). These young arrow heroes are victims of some unprincipled, cheap, mediocre and greedy politicians from Maridi County. They don’t care about people they claim to represent, rather they care about their big and fat bellies. They flew to Maridi last month supposedly to resolve the crisis; instead they ended up selling the arrow boys to their worst enemy, the Dinka.

How on earth could you think of becoming a friendly force to an enemy whom you just fought few days back? But this is what exactly happened in Maridi, and now the young innocent arrow boys are paying the price of such row deal. Surprisingly, the county representative in the national Assembly, who very coward and timid, refused to visit them at the detention center in Gyada. Thanks to the government of Western Equatoria for issuing such strong worded condemnation against the marauding SPLA militia, who think that they are above the law and criticism.

Finally, those who think that they will earn a place in our society by betraying and selling out their brothers and colleagues, should think twice before doing so, for we know you, we know where you live, and we know your relatives and families. If you don’t repent from this evil doing you either perish with the regime, or when they leave you go with them to Bor, Rumbek or Yirol. Also, we would like to inform you that we have names of those who are trying to sell out our precious land to Jeing people, but this is not the time to reveal their names. Some claim to be working for the interest of our community, while in fact they are working hard to elevate themselves and destroy other honest community leaders. Jesus said, I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.

But at least IDI amin compared to mayardit,
Brothers what happen in south Sudan cannot be compared with any other act in the world except the one of Adolf Hitler
surely without justices no one can understand whether S Sudan is the predicted hell under jieng.
the only solution shall be by any next attempt in greater equatoria as it happened last month to western equatoria
that action by the kirr militia who finished the nuers in juba must think twice 1- leave us alone 2- follow us and they get their destination ( hell). let it not be repeated after all a dinker is like a bitter of a drum but does not dance, only using other people because of their economic power which they gained through dirty tricks, Now we are aware
They should note that Nuer alone if left are capable of finishing them, it is because they have bought a Uganda prostitute
So by tempering with greater Equatoria would mean end of you and the next generation of dinka shall be spared but supper the consequences of discrimination so their parents who we shall finish did to the other tribes.

Dictatorship in this world of today last for short period of time; but a good leader who have a spirit of democracy in his/her heart last forever and his/her name can’t be forgotten like those of dictators and thugs groups.

I am not Kiir’s supporter, but Dr.Riek Machar is 100% dictator while he was only vice president. What Nuers think if he becomes the president of South Sudan.

Congratulation to Agumut, who was long time Kiir suporter but now denounce Kiir! your question is who do you choose to lead us? For you Equatorian, it is known that you love food more than your brother life. Why would you start fighting Jieng and refuse to join rebellion? what do you think could happen to your errors boys whom you call arrow boys? Take example from Chiluk, they made a great decision. I don’t like SPLA -IO leadership but i know things will change after we chase Kiir away. I still have vision of Anyanya I and Anyanya II.
