April 14, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —– Confirmed sources of credible information regarding the government’s conspiracy to ensure successful trapping of Dr. Riek Machar and have him either arrested or murdered instantly have already been completed.
As clearly evidenced by the recent detention of opposition (IO)’s almost 20 media personnel, government’s refusal to allow our citizens to warmly receive the deputy chairman Hon. Alfred Lado from Juba International Airport.
That however, is not all, but just a beginning for the regime to test the waters, the Jieng Council of Elders led government went as far as trying to usurp the rightful responsibilities of Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission (JMEC), opposition’s advanced team and security leadership which now falls under the Deputy Chairman Hon. Alfred Lado Gore, Hon. Taban Deng Gai and Lt. Gen. Koang Chuol Ranley respectively.
The latest move by the regime trying to foil the JMEC programs that could be followed on Dr. Machar’s arrival are a clear signs that something filthy is being cooked right at the other corner of the presidential palace.
The regime after rejecting the President Mogae’s program to facilitate the first meeting between the two principles (Kiir & Machar), the JCE spokesman had this to say “The council resolves that no meeting should be arranged between his Excellency the president of the republic and Riek Machar by a third party. The meeting between the Vice President and the President is a process that is usually handled by the protocol officers,” said Lueth.
“There is nothing that needs the JMEC (Joint Monitoring and Evaluation commission),” he added.
He assured that the state protocol would organize the meeting between the president and his designated first vice president.
He also reminded that even the meetings between President Kiir and his current deputy in government, James Wani Igga, does not need a third party to facilitate it.
“When Wani Igga wants to meet the President, does he need a facilitator?” Lueth asked in a statement broadcasted by the state owned South Sudan Television (SSTV).
The government’s official spokesperson was reacting to a proposal by the chairman of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, Festus Mogae, who chairs the body which oversees the implementation of the peace agreement.
To the regime, there is nothing new happening in our country, to them, meeting between Salva and Riek is an ordinary thing, ignoring the fact that these principles’ meeting is the first of its kind, happening in our country. Makuei needs to understand this meeting between the duos, is not an ordinary and certainly needs a third party, it is for this purpose President Festus is in our capital. Mr. Makuei has to be told that his hatred for Dr. Machar and the group from which he hails has to slowdown as the country is nearing to the right path.
My understanding of this may be different from yours but one common sense in this is, this people have a proper plan which they will certainly execute, if not well encountered. It does not need a deep contemplation to know what is conspired by the regime neither does it require psychological analysts.
Dr. Machar on his part should be allowed to wait a little bit to allow for the demilitarization of Juba since the regime is militarizing it instead, opposition forces must first reach their cantonment in Bor and there must opposition forces all around the city, as long as they are confined beyond 25 km outside the capital.
I am in complete concurrent with the opposition’s CoGS, Gen. Simon Gatwech Dual calling for his commander in chief to wait until the above are implemented.

Gat Machar, if he will proceed to Juba without making sure Juba is demilitarized, all the opposition troops with their heavy weapons, third-party arranged meeting in place and allow to hold public rally, he will be making a deadly mistake. He will loose leverage inside Juba. He’s already showing a weak hands like he did before referendum where he allowed dinka to make complete decision from the money to everything. When you don’t confront issue in the get go, you always emboldened your enemies. Dinka are so emboldened due to weak leadership of Gatmchar. Worse is coming including him losing his own life if he will not take action against the violation, arrogant of the dinka. He should not set foot in Juba until required steps are done. Now, is the time for him to put pressure on IGAD and Troika to make sure the agreement is follow, instead of allowing them to pressure him. Common sense is that things are not going to go well unless IGAD and Troika are forced to intervene.
Let Dr. Riek Machar be advised that peace is not only one-sided but it should it should be all sided. The evil plan by JCE and President Kirr to get rid of Dr. Machar is clearly written all over the wall. I would strongly recommend to Dr. Machar to accept the advise of his Chief of General Staff not to rush to Juba until security verification is done by the peace guarantors and his group in Juba. The killing of the IDPs in Malakal in the presence of the UN troops was a test ground by the Juba regime to see the reaction of the peace guarantors. Now Juba is fully convinced that the UN troops in Juba are toothless, and they can get away with any violation to the peace agreement. Therefore if possible, Machar should review the literature of the assassination of Patrice Lumumba of Congo in the 1960’s, which is available in the internet. Lumumba was assassinated while the UN troops were watching and they did nothing to save his life. Congo is a victim of the UN and the western superpowers and did not recover since the death of Patrice Lumumba. South Sudan as a country is hanging on a thin tread, which is Dr. Machar and if he is wasted with the idiots in Juba, then say good bye to the country called South Sudan. To the Dinka in government, it is either the highway or no way! As suggested by Lt. General Simon Gatwech Dual, let the security arrangements be completed first before the leader goes to Juba. Frankly, those troika countries and the UN mission in south Sudan are fake because the massacre of 2013 took place in their watch and they did nothing to stop it; so let the freedom fighters be a little bit wise!
