January 03, 2016(Nyamilepedia) — The South Sudan which achieved its independence on 9th of July 2011 will have two Transitional Governments sooner than later. The two governments that will be formed by the citizens of the newest nation are Transitional Governments for the National Unity (TGNU) and the Democratic Transitional Government for the National Salvation (DTGNS). Each of the government has been described in details below.
(a)Transitional Government for the National Unity (TGNU)
The (TGNU) will be established by the SPLM/SPLA, SPLM/SPLA-I.O. and the G10. by January 2015. These three groups signed the Addis Ababa Compromise Peace Agreement (ACPA) on 17th and 26th of August 2015 to partially re-unify and also to reintegrate the forces. The (TGNU) will be led by Gen. King Mayardit of the (SPLA) and the body that will run the government exclusively is Dinka National Council of Elders (DNCE). The (DNCE) is the Supreme governing tribal political body which was created by the SPLM/SPLA Senior Dinka extremists to encourage and promote nepotism, tribalism, sectarian conflict, factional war, slave trade, marginalisation, forcible kiirisation, and dinkanisation in the country.
(b) Democratic Transitional Government for the National Salvation (DTGNS)
The (DTGNS) will be formed by multi armed South Sudanese rebel factions that will not participate in the formation of the awaiting (TGNU). The (DTGNS) will be fighting against all forms of corruption such as fraud, bribery, robbery, theft, abduction, sexual assault, murder, cheating, assassination,  torture, poisoning, trespassing, vandalism, reckless driving, drink-driving, destruction of wildlife habitat, burning of villages, pollution of wetlands, feeding of people with human flesh, unlawful occupation of the tribal lands, nepotism, tribal, racism, sectarianism, factional fighting, slavery, marginalisation, forceful kiirisation, dinkanisation and other forms of corruptions,
It was proposed that the body that will reign over the forthcoming (DTGNS) is the Joint Supreme National Liberation leadership Council (JSNLLC). The leader of the (TGNU) will be elected by the Head of the rebel movements in the upcoming Joint formal meeting which will be held in the South Sudan-Sudan border.
The creation of the two rival transitional governments in the youngest country will automatically divide the third, second and the first World nations. Some of the nations will keep on backing up the current lawless tribal regime in Juba. The Addis Ababa Compromise Peace Agreement (ACPA) that was signed in August 2015 will not be fully implemented because there will be severe tribal and factional conflict in Greater Upper Nile, Greater Bahr al Ghazal and Greater Equatoria Region.
The freedom fighters who will be going to Juba for the formation of the (TGNU) will automatically return to the bush for the liberation of the entire South Sudan from the people who call themselves new masters of the youngest nation. The South Sudan will lose its central government for more than three years because the International Community (IC) will not be able to tackle the situation following the breakout of the second phase of the South-South civil war.
There is no doubt that the newest nation will have two opposite Transitional Governments in the near future. The big question is, which government will you provide your full political support to? Will you operate under the (TGNU) or the (DTGNS)? Chose your government before the upcoming formal uprising against the the SPLM/SPLA.
(c) Conclusions
The South Sudanese rebel movements will be forming a Democratic Transitional Government for the National Salvation (DTGNS) before or after the establishment of the (TGNU). The (ACPA) will not be fully implemented by its signatories because the South Sudan will have two rival Transitional Governments sooner. All the undecided freedom fighters are encouraged to join the awaiting ethical government titled (DTGNS) in order to fully involve in the rescuing of the enslaved, marginalised, forcefully kiirised and the dinkanised ethnic communities.
