In A Nutshell: Kiir – JCE Establishment A Machine To Nowhere

June 30, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— After the bloody Wau massacre should we deny that there is a national outcry in this country against the systematic injustice of the Kiir – JCE expansionist establishment and that this outcry is just lacking the right leader that can consolidate it and give it an inclusive meaning, a national face and lead it to victory? Is Dr. Machar losing it and falling into the same gentleman’s agreements scenario with the said establishment just like David Yau Yau who once was claiming he was leading a revolution to liberate his people, the Murle from the marginalization and domination of the Kiir-JCE establishment, however, a few months later, the Murle people were escorted back to the same bitter status quo while Yau Yau has made his way to be a member of the corrupt rich political establishment?

Is an emergence of a new revolutionist leader who will be able and capable to consolidate this uncoordinated voices against injustices from Malakal and Nasir in Upper Nile to Yambio and Mundri in Equatoria to Wau and Tonj in Bahr el Ghazal to Twi and Akobo in Jonglei. A leader who knows the clear difference between real revolution and the opportunism to power where the later tends to settle for less that accommodates its leaders to any share in power, leaving the establishment of injustice intact and unchanged while the former may not accept any deal or compromise less than the total change of the injustice establishment.

Do the gentleman’s agreements with Kiir – JCE establishment really addresses the roots of the conflict in South Sudan or are they just temporary accommodations and silencing of the voices against the injustice establishment and which at no time will make a U-turn to the same cycle of marginalization, domination and injustice policies? Aren’t we looking for a real change in the governing system that can establish a great country of South Sudan based on equal rights? If so then entertaining the current mindset and tribal approach of Kiir-JCE establishment is a crime we are committing against our own and the future generations of this country.

So we think, we hope and we expect that the Kiir-JCE establishment will change, regain its South Sudanese heart, bring back its dead conscience to life again and they will come and apologize to their own victimized brethren and say; sorry we are lost and deeply drawn by power, greed and selfishness which played with our minds and made us forgot why we all fought for this country and what should this nascent country look like or should be. Well, that is not likely folks, the Kiir – JCE expansionist establishment will continue their tight grip on power, using all the injustice tools and approaches and of course the jobs and titles opportunists from the 64 tribes to reach their absolute tribal rule, same just like what Khartoum was doing to the collective South, Nuba and Darfur which happen to be collectively the unaware majority in the former united Sudan until later when the ruling minority in Khartoum deeply installed themselves and became impossible to be removed or shaken, too late.

As we all work to avoid war and violence between the sections of one nation but alas, when the Kiir – JCE establishment is determined to impose their discrimination and expansionist approach, grabbing people lands and swallowing people rights then the strategy of turning one’s two cheeks 7 times for each to be slapped 77 times or the non-confrontation approach is never an option to our people. Neither the JMEC, IGAD and Troika has any effective enforcement mechanism to this so-called IGAD Plus and in the long run, we may find ourselves automatically back to the bloody square one, that is a high probability.

Well, the real issue here is that we are not dealing with a stranger as an enemy but our enemy is one of us, they know our fears, they know our thoughts and they know what we want and accordingly they are dealing with us with knowledge, denying the facts and truth at will and choosing chaos and hostility as a method to terrorize the rest of us to achieve their selfish gains. They are testing their mechanical majority whether they can crush everyone, be might and own the whole country, things that will never succeed rather than putting innocent lives in constant danger and the country into uncertain future.

Those who think they own the country will soon realize that this country belongs to all of us. When the hybrid court is formed, they will face the justice and it will teach lessons to those who think that their guns are bigger than the law.
