August 28, 214(Nyamilepedia) — In the context of factual legacies, freedom and liberty are the core principles a rational human being undo to others. In the history of societies, there comes a significant revolving point when one can be remembered for what he/she contributed to the world. A man who, at critical political moment, emerged to rescue the people when things fall apart stand up and speak for the voiceless and lead the citizenry towards a path of deliverance, away from total catastrophe. Leadership is about people. The best leaders wear their hearts on their sleeves and are not afraid to show their susceptibility. They genuinely care about other people and spend their days developing the people around them. They are like the sun: the sun gives away all it has to the plants and the trees. But in return, the plants and the trees always grow toward the sun. The love and good legacy remain living in the hearts of the people around you will never die. Success is wonderful but implication is even better. You were made to contribute and to leave a smudge on the people around you. In failing to live from this frame of reference, you betray yourself.
The visionary and patriotic leader always cares for the welfare of citizens and the prosperity of the nation he claims to rule. Failure to to do such is often characterized by classifying the people based on their ethnicity background and falsely presuming them as threat to his style of ruling. Hence resulting to the failed state that the political commentators and journalists used to describe a state perceived as having failed at some of the basic conditions and responsibilities of a sovereign government. loss of physical control of its territory, or of the monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force therein, erosion of legitimate authority to make collective decisions, an inability to provide reasonable public services, and an inability to interact with other states as a full member of the international community. Often a failed nation is characterized by social, political, and economic failure. Common characteristics of a failing state include a central government so weak or ineffective that it has little practical control over much of its territory; non-provision of public services; widespread corruption and criminality; refugees and involuntary movement of populations; and sharp economic decline.
Throughout the study and explanation the indicators shows that the majority of leaders are made or take care of through life understanding, prospect and desire. Holding on to the true values of leadership doesn’t discriminate the people of the same nation. All the way through our life, we’re open to the elements to a variety of distinctive experiences and intellectual values. These are instilled in us and shape how we react during our daily activities. Leaders are created when this preparation meets opportunity. But the equation doesn’t always work that way; copiousness of potential leaders never thrives and plenty of hopeful opportunities never distribute. As a result, it’s hard to argue against the notion that successful leaders are literally born with certain characteristics, which can include honesty, high-quality listening skills, truthfulness, certainty and the ability to follow rather than lead all the time.
There is unfound and wishful thinking of a stooge of bunches organized themselves as a class thinking of a very loosely defined body of people who share the same congeries of interests, social experiences, traditions and value-system, who have a character to behave as a class, to define themselves in their actions and in their consciousness criminality of stealing and robbing the public funds under the cover of being a leaders. That shameful act needs to be dismantling for the nation wellbeing to prosper.
