Friday, September 12, 2014(Nyamilepedia) —  Commence as a political struggle within the Sudan People Liberation Movement (SPLM) party and now emerge into civil war where more than 20,000 Nuer civilians were brutally massacre in Juba.

Caused by President Salva Kiir when he ordered the tiger battalion commander General Marial Cienoung to conduct a door to door slaughtering of one ethnic group “The Nuer”; December 15 becomes a return date of the old time Vampires. It is the day when the beaming region and the international community sent out vacancies notification for job hunters and now the world is celebrating our idiocy.

South Sudan has lost so many precious souls; patriots’ soldiers and civilians sacrificed themselves in the people’s war since 1950th. They conferred their significant life knowing that we will carry on fighting and defeat the real enemy which is envy, love of power and disloyalty to our self-cultivated land. Yes! Death and loss of properties is fact but Freedom and Health are long-standing gain.

Why should we remember the December 15-20?

December 15 was a day of grief in many Nuer and South Sudanese family; it is a day of many lives departure. If you did not lose one of your family members, you must lose your extreme close friend or someone you really know.

I decided to write this article in recommendation of the upcoming December 15, 2014. I am advocating for a huge turnout of all the South Sudanese on the globe to recall the forthcoming December 15 and the following ones.

December 15 was and will never be a celebration day, yet it is not to be considered as an ordinary day, you may call it a convocational or a commencement day where all of us gathers in public institution to remember the innocents and those who died defending our own safety and freedom. We must constantly remember their nobility and how brave and courageous they drew our future with their own dear blood. The least we can do is to gather on that date and recall their immunity to injustice.

As a targeted South Sudanese, grief and humiliation has taken its toll on me. I know that I am not the only one that lays awake at night wondering how to end the ongoing genocide in South Sudan. The frustration built is like volcano and the humiliation stripe me of my pride. I hated myself for lying in bed recalling how acute the situation was when I had to contradict my true identity to be spare by President Salva Kiir.

Under President Salva Kiir’s weak administration for nearly 10 years there has never been development in both physical infrastructure and institutions, no respect to human fundamental rights and intimidation, confiscation of citizen’s views and voices spread country wide.

Hope we must believe in – Victory must be our motto

The battle is not over, either the peace is dead. Between the struggles of life is pain in the world, between the two walls of hatred, the life still found horrible, the objectives are not yet achieve, either the struggle have brought stability to South Sudan since 1950th.

In conclusion, I would like to divulge a triumphant method to my beloved citizens and nationals of South Sudan.

“The road to success is not straight, there is a curve called failure, a loop called confusion, a speed bumps called friends, a red lights called enemies, and a caution lights called family but if you have spare called determination, an engine called perseverance, insurance called faith, and a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called success and victory.

Thank you for reading this article today……..

Long live South Sudan!

Long live the citizens and nationals of South Sudan!
