Sept 28, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — The emblem of peace, former President of south Africa, late Mandela says it best, and I, Quote; “our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure”.
Some critics said; the longer the title the less important the job. If that’s true, then there are many people around the globe who’re working behind the scène to bring about everlasting peace in South Sudan, without acknowledgment from neither, their peers, nor the public. I am convinced that at the heart of every successful organization is a title less persons, just workaholic to get the job done, and do it well to the best of their abilities. “this’s are our church leaders”
Virtually, a title is not a job description, when it comes to true power, titles are frequently misleading, even at the level of the most high ranking officials, while a respected and thoroughbred person in the community with a lower title can wield significant influence on what others do and how quickly they do it. Influence or inspiration comes from the person, and not the position or family background.
Our political leaders, exhausted their intellectual capital, just to says the least.
Yes, there are some real challenges ahead, but with our unconditional support and prayers, those problems could be solved very easily through constructive criticism, awareness, and faultfinding, and must be humbly undergo.
In my life time’s experience, I significantly observe that it’s important to motivate others, to keep the fires of passion and commitment continue burning. Do you know the number one reason why people quit their jobs? Is lack of appreciation? Everyone wants to feel significant and to be recognized for what they do, in our quest for better services and understanding, we must always encourage and thank our Church leaders who devoted their precious time, praying for our country and its so called; political leaders.
Unfortunately, most people would rather complain than contribute to the solution. The truth of the matters is that; everyone has a good idea. Our problem isn’t the lack of ideas, but, is a lack of putting those ideas into practice to resolve the current crisis in our beloved country. As the old phrase goes; “deeds are louder than words”.
that’s the bottom line.
When it’s comes to problem solving in today complex world; complete solutions are Usually rare, there isn’t a single ground answer to all problems, but many answers that require the contribution of many different people or parties, let’s always remember, “spotting a problem is easy, but solving a problem is harder.” Ample and adequate time is essential to make a decision. Therefore, we must develop tolerance and perseverance to deny a safe haven to any groups trying to undermined the achievement of our church leaders, who tirelessly spend days and nights praying for our beloved country, not to descended and fall into the cliff.
My friends, wherever you are, you should not let bullying stops you. Whenever you seek to make change, you always encounter resistance, There is always a head wind facing, and those who move confidently forward, and, remember, the greatest satisfaction often comes from meeting challenges head-on, anyone, anywhere can make a positive difference in the process of our quest for peaceful solution to the conflict.
In conclusion, with any major decision there are cautions and considerations to make, but once there has been illumination, beware the temptation to retreat from a good thing. If it was right when you prayed about it and trusted it and lived for it, it is right now. Don’t give up when the pressure mounts. Certainly don’t give in to that being who is bent on the destruction of your happiness. Face your doubts. Master your fears. “Cast not away your confidence.” Man of God, who works tirelessly behind the scene, don’t slack, stay the course…You don’t need a title to be a leader.
God bless our nation!
