June 29, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — I have the honor to extend to your comradeship my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your appointment as chairperson of various national committees of the SPLM/SPLA-Resistant Movement.

The freedom fighters and the free people of South Sudan have been waiting for this moment for so long.  Comrades you have enormous challenges and huge responsibilities not only toward our civil populations in the Free Liberated Areas, neighboring countries, Diaspora but also in the areas under the tyranny and genocidal regime in Juba. The SPLM/SPLA has administrative, social, security/protection and political responsibilities toward our civil populations. This senseless and devastative war which was imposed on us by Killer Kiir and his cohorts must come to an end so that our people can return to their homes and rebuild their lives.

In this critical time when our country-South Sudan is experiencing ethnic cleansing, genocide, social and political crisis, with destabilizing interferences from the exterior, I am convinced as always, that this historic and patriotic responsibilities with which your comradeship have been invested, will rise to the occasion of the expectations for South Sudan to find its true path toward peace, justice, freedom, stability, development, progress, prosperity and dignity in united and federal South Sudan.

I am certain that, under the wise, patriotic and insightful leadership of our great leader H.E. Dr.Riek Machar Teny, who has been at the services of SPLM/SPLA and South Sudan for the last three decades, SPLM/SPLA will once again delivered in a golden plate the peace and real independent and sovereign South Sudan which will address the legitimate and historical demand of our people since 1947 and shall fulfill their aspirations and expectations of a just, free, democratic, united and federal South Sudan.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you comrades every success in the fulfillment of your revolutionary task and national duty toward our beloved country South Sudan.

Thanks
