August 29, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — South Sudanese leaders of the two major warring  factions have declared Permanent Ceasefire and ordered their troops to cease all hostilities from the midnight of August 29th, 2015.

Read on the government owned television, SSTV, president Kiir issued a republican decree instructing the Minister of Defense and the Chief of Army, Gen. Paul Malong, to ensure that all the loyal troops cease hostilities from tonight, which makes the 72-hour dateline to permanently silence the guns; a commitment that many analysts received with mixed feelings!

Dr. Machar, the chairman and commander-in-chief of the SPLM/SPLA, on his part has ordered the SPLA troops under his command to cease all hostilities and observe permanent ceasefire agreement from the midnight of tonight, August 29th, 2015.

“Reference to Chapter II article 1.1 of the agreement on the Resolutions of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan signed on 17th August in Addis Ababa, and 26th August 2015 in Juba, I, Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon, Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of the Sudan People Liberation Movement/Sudan People Liberation Army, hereby order all SPLM/SPLA forces to cease fire in the country as of midnight 29th August, 2015” Machar states.

Fully aware of the ongoing offensives in Unity State, Machar calls on his forces to remain alert and only response in self-defend if attack by the opponent forces.

“All forces are to remain alert in their current positions and to act only on self-defense or response upon aggression.” Dr. Machar reiterates.

Latest reports from Unity States blame the government side of attacking Panyinjiar and Port Adok in Unity State, a report that was verified by Dr. Riek two days ago.

“It military convoy ccomposed of three gunboats and six ferries which left Juba have arrived this afternoon to SPLM/SPLA controlled areas of Panyijiar County where the gunboats bombarded Tayar and Ganylel towns” According to Dr. Riek’s circulation of August 27th.

The SPLA [IO] on the ground confirmed the attacks on their positions, which they believe began on 27th August and continued until this morning in Panyiniar and Leer Counties.

According to SPLM/SPLA chairman, who is now designated as the First Vice President of TGoNU, the government plans to capture all the ports in the country which are currently controlled by his forces.

“These forces are detaiiled to capture all the river ports under the controlled of the SPLM/SPLA from Tayar, Adok, through to Malakal and up to Renk. We hold the regime responsible for any continued fighting on land and along the River Nile” Dr. Riek said two days earlier.

The government side on its part blames the rebels of attacking their positions in Nhialdiu in Unity State, and along Juba-Yei road, Terekeka and other areas in Equatoria region.

Although the two sides have declared permanent ceasefire, which is expected to commence in a few hours from now, critics question if the two sides will observe the agreement.

Experience from the 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement, however, provides that SPLA captured the strategic town of Torit after the signing of an agreement that later led to independent of South Sudan.

The signing of this Compromise Peace Agreement is not only expected to end the 20 months of civil war but also to revise the failing economy of the world’s youngest nation, South Sudan.

Incompetent Kiir’s genocidal regime will do anything to undermine this peace deal as long as Museveni’s UPDF still assisting them. UN need to sanction, Killer Kiir, Makuei Liar, Malong Awan, Kuol Manyang, and the Dinka council of national resources looters in order for peace to prevail in South Sudan.

Exposing the true nature of your kinsmen is not an insult but harsh reality. You and your tribesmen have proven beyond reasonable doubt that you are nothing but braggarts, cold-blooded killers, land grabbers, natural resources looters, and ultimate traitors who unShamelesly leased the South Sudan sovereignty to Uganda. Your Dinka warlords, incompetent killer Kiir, Kuol Manyang, Malong Awan, Makuei Liar, plus the Dinka Elders of national resources looters are symbols of disgraced and treachery to all the 63 patriot tribes of Junub El Sudan. Your kinsmen’s gluttony nature and insatiafiable greed for power has caused and still causing immeasurable suffering to million of patriots South Sudanese tribes. You are irreversible curse to the patriots Junubiin!

This chapter II article 1.1 of the agreement gives Dr Machar more powers to wield in the splm/spla gangs as they head into the transitional. Hope he uses it wisely.

This is end to Jieng Council of Elders regime, they don’t know Kiir now is ceremonial president as suggested by Federalism but Kiir would not understand because of lack of understanding. Those of Agumut should interpret these peace paper to those JCE so that peace come into South Sudan.

Peace has nothing to within me because i am loser and my looseness doesn’t affect nobody. The good thing is that Riek Machar is not going to become our president.

Jieng’s dream to form Jieng State in S. Sudan has already gone, and they should be ready to gain what they have done to innocence civilians, killing people, looting their properties and practicing corruption in Gvt institutions.
