Sept 9, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — After South Sudan government lost control of its barges and gunships in the latest violations of Permanent Ceasefire Agreement in Jonglei and Upper Nile States, forces of armed opposition, SPLA[IO], captured at least 87 prisoners of war at the scene near Tunyja in Upper Nile state.

According to Tito Chuol Kerker, who speaks on behave of 7th Infantry Division of SPLM/SPLA[IO], the prisoners of war were taken to Wechmuon payam, near Phom el Zharaf, to meet the Deputy Governor of Phou State, Johnson Kuol Gai and Brig.gen James Yak Dayiem.

“Hon. johnson kuol Gai deputy governor of phow state and Brig.gen. james yak dayiem 7Th infantry Divission commander received prisoners of war yesterday 7/09/2015 in place call wichmuoon close to phom elzaraaf” Chuol said.

Speaking to POWs, who hail mostly from the Equatoria region as indicated by show of hands, the deputy military governor has welcomed the POWs and assured them that they are forgiven because they did not start the war.

“the deputy governor had welcome them as part of SPLA –IO elements , he also brief them not be afraid because they did not ignite this war” Chuol said.

The deputy governor believes that the prisoners of war are not responsible for the conflict but Salva Kiir and Paul Malong are, and should therefore be held to account for the destruction of lives and property.

Seen forging smiles in a footage extended to Nyamilepedia Press, the Prisoners of war have welcomed the decision to join the 7th Infantry Division of SPLA in Opposition to fight the “bad government of Salva Kiir in Juba”.

Contrary to the allegations that Salva Kiir administration has executed over 600 POWs between August 25th and 29th in Juba and Bentiu of Unity state, the leadership of 7th infantry division of SPLA-IO has unanimously endorsed rehabilitating and integrating the POWs into their forces.

The deputy governor, Johnson Kuol, sympathizes with the POWs and their fallen comrades saying that the government of Gen. Salva Kiir and Gen. Paul Malong were only using them as human shield to violate the peace agreement that Kiir reluctantly signed.

“now many lose their lives in vain while the agreement has been reach in addis abab” Kuol said.

Brig.Gen .James Yak Dayiem further added that the marine convoy that was sent to them was only aimed to violate the peace agreement signed in ADISS ABABA with the government, citing that no government officials or military generals accompanied the mission that flattered.

“they did not also sent high ranked officers because they know the troops were going to vanish in the river Nile. Now many have lost their dear life while the peace is signed” Brig. Gen. Dayiem said.

South Sudan government has incurred many challenges in the last two weeks battles along the River Nile, which escalated mostly to Shilluck Kingdom at the West Bank.

Thousands of civilians have been displaced in Lelo, Wajwok, Pajuet and Tunyja as helicopters bombarded these areas for days.

Latest reports from Pachoda confirms that the security situation is normalizing along the West Bank as government troops retreated to Malakal.

Although Salva Kiir government is yet to provide details about their loses or any information to the families of prisoners of war, the Minister of Information and government spokesman, Michael Makuei Lueth, believes that one of the three barges was burned by a cigarette bud from a “careless soldier” who smoked carelessly in the barge.

Makuei assured the nation that the incident was brought under control and the barges were recalled to return to Juba.

Dear,

Equestrians,Do not fight this useless war created by the un educated president Kirr instead you should always surrender to the SPLAM -IO under Dr Riek as you did recently in UPPER NILE and once again thank you for joining the peoples movement let the Jieng Council of elders die alone instead of using our people the equestrians example can be seen when he sacked our two great Governors Clement and Bakosoro

AGUMUT, Your fixation hate on Nuer is beyond obsession. Those are children, they are ignorant and improvished hence the reason Kiiir recruited then and sends them to their death. Empathy that you lack in the core of your being demands that they are to be recognized as human first and South Sudaneses after the fact. Regardless of their tribal affiliations they must be saved from such dangerous ignorance, poverty, and killers like Kiiir, Malang, Kuol, M7 and the notorious JCE(Jaang Council of Elders). These I mentioned above has no regards for human life and the sanctity of others life when it comes to their jobs. Only an idiot like you AGUMUT would find a reason to disagree with me. Juba is doomed with two armies and two commanders in chiefs. I wish the Equatorian liberation front could be the third represented with their own commander in chief and with their own army as well leading to the formation of the so called Interime government. Once this is done the Bor from which you hail can decide to go to Bar El Gazhal or stop playing both sides of the tribal divides. Lol Nuers Need more space anyways.

I think those poor soldiers were brought from bahar el gazal to fight the war they did not know who betray them I personal feel sad because they did not know any thing and some of them died for no reason. We will blame president kirr for killing innocent soldiers and my message to opposition do touch those children just keep them safe and do return them to kirr because he could use them again. This is the consequence of hunger of power and strive to distort the reality now ever one saw what happen because you sent your soldier with out your son in and without high rank because you the road was dangerous shame on you to send innocent soldiers to died for your power protection.

The Dinka-run genocidal regime of killer Kiir is using innocent Equatorians and poor Ugandan soldiers to implement the ethnic cleansing campaign against the patriot and mightiest none-tribes in South Sudan. These hired-mercenaries provides security in poor Dinka land.(from Bor to Bar el ghazal)! Hiring mercenaries to kill one’s perceived enemies is an ultimate act of cowardice. killer Kiir, Kuol Manyang, Malong Awan, Makuei liar, Philip Aguer, the Dinka council of national resources looters, & their braggarts-kinsmen, are nothing more than pure symbol of cowardice, treacherous, and traitorous period! Gut Jiengs mut.
