Oct 25, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — According to Sobat State officials, Juba is reinforcing her troops stranded in Wec Yaar Adie, a small village outside Nasir town which the SPLA-Juba held since July of last year.

Speaking to the state Information’s Secretary, Hon. Kech Nguoth Tiem, “Our security interception revealed that, Juba is now preparing herself for more battles in Upper Nile. Otherwise, it is better to informs the world that Juba is not ready for peace” The outspoken spokesperson of Sobat, claiming that “more troops” are being added to the already stranded soldiers in Wecyaar.

“We are being informs that Juba is adding more troops to their station here in Sobat and I don’t think for how long we shall tolerates such kind of actions aiming to derails peace implementation process” spokesperson of Sobat states wonders!

“More offensive in Unity State, in particular Leer county shall no longer also be taken for granted. We strongly condemned this aggressive kind of behavior even when the people of South Sudan are in process of implementing peace, we still witness the destruction being carried out by Juba regime in Greater Upper Nile and some other part of the country” Said the Sobat state official.

The random shootings at civilians living in Western Equatoria of Maridi, Yambio, and Mundiri weeks ago was heart breaking.

According to him Juba is not ready for peace and asked the regime “to give peace a chance” for South Sudanese to reconciled.

In recent weeks South Sudan government has been internationally accused and condemned for having severally attempted to derail the IGAD-Plus-Arusha Peace agreement and reunification of the country.

Creating 28 States To Widen Tribal Gaps and To generate More Conflicts

According to official sources in Juba, who declined to be identified on security concerns, Salva Kiir announced a “undebated” unilateral decision to create 28 states to unite his tribemen behind him and to violate the agreement.

“We understand where Kiir is heading to. Half of 28 states are all for Dinka alone. This was done to appease the Dinka community and to aggravate non-Dinka tribes. The result is war. Shilluck whose land has been warded to Dinka Padang in this case is a good example.” The official explains.

The official rejected the none of creating “unconstitutional tribal” 28 states, citing the country is being demarcated entirely on ethnic base and may create more feuds in the near future.

Known of creating more enemies, country’s unofficial president Salva Kiir is not able to contain the insecurities even in his home town, leave alone the whole country.

This according to many responses of millions of south Sudanese, the creation of 28 states is the “shortcut” for Juba to implement this hidden agenda.

Refusing everything from the security agreement to joint commands, South Sudan indeed has a long way to go. Now, with thousands of UPDF leaving South Sudan, this could be the only way to begins implementing peace process.

Jaang thinks the MNW are exhausted to fight another day since they are calling for peace. This could not be far from the truth. There will be serious consequences this time.

If government soldiers are stranded as the opposition spokesman said, the sending of more troops by the government possibly doesn’t mean it is planning to attack opposition forces. They probably want to have enough forces on the ground so that they can withdraw from the area more securely.

There is no doubt the government is committed to peace just as the rebels are.

The government has ceased expanding its territories since the President signed the truce.

There should be more open communication lines between both the government and armed opposition regarding the movement of troops between towns and what their objectives are in areas each controls in Upper Nile,in order to avoid unintended clashes that could jeopardize the ceasefire which they both signed.

Since it’s obvious that this government is the govnt for Jaang exclusively what would those Jur be doing in Nasir apart from illegal occupation.

Tolio, the whole idea of reinforcement to Nasir is rather fishy provide that both waring parties signed peace and called a unilateral cease fire. In that regards, any reinforcement, suspicious activities by either parties while in the process of observing the cease fire orders should be scrutinized & treated with suspicions.

… Had I been Machar you would have been overwhelmed by ghost soldiers applying guerrilla war fare attacks by the minutes, day weeks on ends. They would not claim to be under my authority but the damage would benefit the cause. I think Nuer are stupid and think that Jaang will reward their kindness in search for unity of South Sudan.

Gatnor, I got your point. However, nuer are overconfident that killer(kirr)goverment had fallen apart already prior opposition’s forces entering Juba. To me, the primitve(salva) has gone for good because he isn’t a human being & most south sudanese recognise now.

The so called Nuer Council of naive Elders have not yet send any message of declaraction being against systemic land grab, strategic displacements of their citizens, plan ethnic targeting of Nuers and their properties. Arab style oppression is practiced by Jaang against other tribes.

Notice the 28 states decree was followed by increase an emmediate increase of troops deployment to Nuer homeland.

The other nationalities of South Sudan other than the jienges must choose either they get annihilated or they find a “final solution” for these jienges. Kiir has chosen war and wants to rule the South for 1000 years and so the non-jienges must stop that by all means. No peace, break up the South and all jienges in Equatoria MUST get out by force. No compromise.

The Dinka Government is dying in Juba guys, they will surrender very soon and am sure now they will not attempt to attack the Freedom fighters any where… their protectors the M7 UPDF have started their withdrawal from South Sudan… you can see how the SPLA Jeing Spokesperson Col. Philip Aguer was begging the Ugandan troops not to withdraw before the rebels sign the security arrangements… Jeing Council of Evils (JCE) will lead you to hell my fellow Dinkas
