Sept 17, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — During their recent meetings in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, the Ugandan President, Yoweri K. Museveni, pledged his commitment to South Sudan Compromise Peace Agreement and assured the incoming First Vice President of Transitional Government of National Unity, Dr. Riek Machar, that he will “immediately” withdraw his troops from South Sudan.

South Sudan’s Machar held a closed-doors meeting with president Bashir and Museveni in Khartoum for the first time in 21 months of conflict.

According to Dr. Machar, the three leaders discussed a number of issues of IGAD-PLUS peace agreement implementation process and other related issues.

In addition to withdrawing Ugandan’s forces from South Sudan, Machar also confirms that the three leaders have tackled how to disarm Sudanese rebels in South Sudan conflict.

“In our forefront meeting, we tackled out withdrawal of UPDF troops in the time frame as stipulated in the agreement and Mr. president Museveni assured me to pull out his forces with immediate effect as agreed in IGAD-PLUS peace negotiations process.” Machar’s states.

“We also talked of disarming and repatriation of Sudanese rebels groups involved in the conflict.” Machar continued on his social media briefing.

According to article 1.6 of the Compromise Peace Agreement (CPA-II), Sudanese Revolutionary Forces comprising of Justice and Equality Movement, SLA-Minawi, SLA-Adulwahid and SPLM-North shall be disarmed, demobilized and repatriated by the state actors with whom they have been supporting within the Pre-Transitional Period, a call that Juba believes is unnecessary.

In their 12-page reservations document, the Government of South Sudan denies any present of Sudan Revolutionary Forces and urges IGAD-Plus to remove the clause stating that “we have no control over them and therefore could neither disarm nor demobilize them”.

According to multiple sources, South Sudan conflict has not spared both the Sudanese militants and former traders from Darfur and Nuba Mountains regions.

In April 2014, UNMISS reported over 200 Sudanese were killed in a mosque in Bentiu of Unity State, SPLA-IO denies.

The Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of the armed Opposition reiterates the commitment of SPLM/SPLA[IO] side to fully implement the peace agreement to end impunity and restore the youngest nation as stipulated in the IGAD-Plus Peace Deal.

“In the SPLM/A, the leadership is fully committed in faithful implementation of this peace agreement to stemmed out impunity and greatly contain the ongoing unspeakable suffering of people of South Sudan.” Machar said.

In support of the IGAD-Plus peace agreement, countries including United Kingdoms and African nations are preparing their troops for peacekeeping mission in South Sudan.

South Sudan conflict is a major item to be discussed this month at high-level on the sidelines of UN’s 70th General Assembly in New York.

Congratulations to all the partners in South Sudan peace agreement. Dr Machar & Bashir have managedo to persuade M7 into packing his troops back to Uganda and out of South Sudan. This is of another great diplomatic achievement for the incoming South Sudan’s VP Dr. Machar. Implementing the peace agreement signed has a chance of success once Uganda & all the mercenaries fighting along side Juba warlords are neutralize one way or the other.

Some said the real war is up a head once the Ugandans and North Sudan rebels being harbored in South Sudan are disarmed, demobilized & repatriated. Remember the white army are vying RACIEl as the designated disuted territory between the 3 regions of Jaang, Equatorians & Nuers.

There are no rebels from Sudan in South Sudan. Riek Machar made it up as away to seek an alliance with Omar Bashiir who always accuses South Sudan for his demostic affairs. In reality,Bashiir didn’t really like to let go of South Sudan. As a result,he arms Riek Machar and uses him to cause instability in the South.

As for disarming and repatriating Sudanese rebels who are allegedly said to be in South Sudan,it will be a game to implement. No country is capable of that military superiority. Even the coalition forces of AU and UN isn’t enough to achieve such a utopian ambition.

The geographical nature of two sudans is an advantage to revolutionaries. The Sudanese government would have defeated or disarmed its rebels that ever fought its troops long time ago, considering its big spending on military hardware – an advantage that its opponents lack.

Assume that disarming Sudanese rebels is feasible,it would be illegal under international laws to repatriate them to oppressive regime in Khartoum, known world wide for its bad human rights records.

Even those the CIA or Interpol wrongly convicted and jailed for terrorism charges but later found innocent became a legal challenge to return to countries they were arrested in the first place for fear of executions by their countries’authorities as determined by their worst human rights records.

IGAD mediators who came up with such appalling solutions and those who support
such actons shouldn’t be in those leadership arenas at all and talk about peace in the first place as way to save humanity in civil wars’ ravaged countries.

The Sudanese rebels are fighting for their freedom, equality, democracy as well as freedom from racial and religious discriminations. They are not terrorists but freedom fighters and Khartoum regime,is the oppressor anyone cannot mistake for democratic country on this planet.

you might say that there are no North Sudan rebels in South Sudan but the evidences of their presence proves that they are there fighting along side Juba’s sponsored terrorists. Even Egyptian ecenaries were captured in Upper Nile by freedom fighters of the resistence moment.

The meeting should have brought on board the leaders of Ethiopia and Eritrea too. The meeting should have focused mainly on disarmament of all the white Army and other illicit forces in those countries and their immediate deportation to Jubal-South Sudan. Moreover, the meeting would have also addressed compensation of innocent Sudanese traders who were brutally murdered by Machar’s primitively disorganized forces. Finally, the meeting should have offered lessons on peace building and sustainability to Machar and his rebels who rebel even to themselves.

Now in Juba, more Dinka become bank robbers even Malong Awan went to Dar Petroleum to beg for Dollars to prepare for his journey to Angola. After UPDF and Sudanese rebel are disarmed and withdraw all Juba regime Dinka will pack their property and go to foreign countries. White army is coming to Juba as a special force for South Sudanese protection.

Dr. Machar practicing real diplomacy. The Juba regime is now losing the support of their main friend due to their poor diplomacy. We, the people of South Sudan, welcome the withdrawal of UPDF and other Non-South Sudanese forces.

Agumut, do you know why Kiir did not sit With Dr. Riak and comrade Pagan in Adis Ababa to sign the Peace together as true leaders who love Peace?
Ans: It was because Kiir feared that People will see him crying when forced to sign and better he to travel back to Juba and do it there even actually With tear because there the jenge Council of elders will join him crying. Hahahahahah

And agamut joined him til now they are still crying. But to be honest, Your crocodile tears will never help you, as time tells that Your looting time is over.
