Peter Gatdet Yaka, a fierce fighter who has led his own rebellions for more than two decades, has admitted losing control of Federal Democratic Party and its military wing, the South Sudan Armed Forces (SSAF) to General Gathoth Gatkuoth and his rival politician Changson Lew Chang.
On his road to recovery in Khartoum, Sudan, Gatdet has formed a new faction and appointed a new team of youngsters to help redirect and popularize the new party before he resumes action.

According to a press released signed by Peter Gatdet and extended to Nyamilepedia, Gatdet is now the chairman and command-in-chief of his new part – the South Sudan United Movement.
To speed up the new establishment, Gatdet has appointed Juan Dar Dabuol as the acting Secretary for Information and Public Relations and appointed Lt. Col. Danial Nhial Wal as the Spokesman for his military wing.
Stated in the press release, Nhial was recently cheap clomid online promoted by Gen. Gatdet to the Rank of Colonel as he is expected to carry a heavy duty for the group.
Gatdet, a wild general who has a long story of defection, defected from the SPLA-IG in December 2013 after the Nuer massacres in Juba to Riek Machar’s side.
Gen. Gatdet and others, who are believed to have been masterminded by Dr. Costello Garang and Brig. Gen. Gatwech Puoch Maar, felt out with Dr. Machar in May 2015 and moved aside in July to form their own party, The FDP/SSAF.
Among the five generals, who defected from Dr. Riek Machar, Gen. Gathoth Gatkuoth, Gen. James Malith Gatluak and Brig. Gabriel Gatwech Puoch are believed to have joined the government in Juba in February 2016.
The other renegade general, Gabriel Tang Ginye, who remained in Nairobi, is yet to decide whether he should join Gatdet’s new movement or join Changson Lew Chang.
While Changson and Gen. Gathoth are still struggling over the control of FDP, Changson has felt out with all the generals and politicians who once recognized him as their provisional chairman.
