December 16, 2014(Nyamilepedia) — Today December the 15th is a very dark day for South Sudan because it is the first day in which the murdering of hundreds of thousands of innocent Nuer in cold blood in Juba by Dictator Salva Kiir presidential guards. The murdered innocent people have nothing to do with politics or with Dr. Riek Machar but killed simply because they came from the same ethnic group as his Excellency Dr. Riek Machar Teny.
I want to inform the public that the Chairman of SPLM IO for Greater Toronto Chapter, Comrade Yuhana Wur Jok gave an informative, heartbreaking and inspiring speech regarding the Juba massacre. The Chairman did not leave any stone un-turn and that alone inspires peace loving people all over the world to fight for justice wherever they may be. Now we can say the Canadian public and the government have the message in order to make an informed decision about South Sudan. The Chairman of Toronto Chapter has reiterated that the President has lost his legitimacy by killing those who elected him in office and that it is time for him to step aside in order for peace to return to South Sudan.
I would also like to thanks all those who have spoken and travelled all the way from wherever they are to remember this Day of December 15, 2013. Your fight for justice will inspire many and together we can climb any mountain regardless of height. I finally would like to thank our brother Fanan Emmanuel Jal for bringing the media in addition to the many thing and the organizers of this event because without them the event would have not taken place. Let me end this by a quote from the Dr. Martin Luther King , He said “ Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice anywhere”
Thank you and May God bless us in Our Struggle.
Comrade Peter Kleto
Deputy Chairman IO
Greater Toronto Chapter.
