Opinion:
15, December 2014(Nyamilepedia)Â — the (Juba Nuer Genocide December 2013), Genocide is the deliberated killing of a large group of people in any country, especially those of a particular ethnic group or nation. This is recognition of Nuer Genocide of December 2013 and is also considered as a vital event worldwide since some elements or killers who piloted their unhistorical genocidal mass massacred of Nuer ethnic group had regretted and realized their mistakes internationally.
The fact is that; more than 20,000 Nuer civilians were killed in Juba which resulted to what we so far called the Nuer Genocide in South Sudan, I know most people still on holds their traditional ideologies of not accepting the truth and realities. Nuer people have been killed by grenade, machete, rifle and/or burnt alive, over the past few months people were seeking for refuge in UNMISS and neighboring countries. The Nuer Genocide was initiated by Dinka-led government on 16, December 2013 after when the war broke out on the night of 15, December 2013 and where small arms were ideologically trained and doctrine against Nuer people before H.E the president of the Republic of South Sudan approved the killing of Nuer civilians last year (private arms being trained privately in Juba without the concerns of Chief of General Staff, SPLA – 2013 juba).
During Nuer Genocide, unacceptable acts were committed against humanity, these includes; the mass murder, mass homicide, massacre; annihilation, extermination, elimination, liquidation, eradication, decimation, butchery, bloodletting; pogrom, ethnic cleansing and the holocaust. Certainly Undecided presidential decree was issued by the president in press conference while declaring state cure-few in the afternoon of 16 December 2013 when the war subsided in the capital city.
International references of past genocides and Mass Atrocities

Soldiers and paramilitaries used rape, toture, forcible displacement, and summary executions to ‘’ethnically cleanse’’ areas under their control, a massive killing of innocent’s civilians in south Sudan. Therefore due to the nature of the attacks on civilians during the Bosnian and Croatian wars, the United Nations created the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavi IN 1993. This tribunal was tasked with prosecution of offenders who contributed to the deaths of at least 96,000 people.

Just when this happened, the khmer Rouge took control of the Cambodian government in 1975 they declared the beginning of a new age dedicated to a peasant-oriented society. At the same time, the khmer Rouge began to target suspected political dissidents, (A case of Dr. Riak Machar and Salva Kiir of South Sudan 2013).These citizens, including doctors, teachers, and those suspected of being educated were singled out for torture at the notorious Tuol Sleng prison. What to wear at the time of commemoration
All Nuer people and other well wishers in south Sudan and around the world should put on blacks clothes, whether T-shirts, caps and trousers for that matter, especially on the first day and the second day of the mourning, (why, Nuer Genocide 15, 16-19 December 2013 is an event to be recognizes and honor internationally).
ICC is untouchable now
ICC is untouchable now due to some reasons that, the master minded of Nuer killers shall still be call for (ICC) international Criminal Court either for self-defend nor they may be sentence to death if found guilty in future but this is not the right time. South Sudan’s President Kiir subjected his own civilians to killing just because of their tribal identity and used it as a tool of political defend to his rival Dr. Riak Machar, you can’t disciplines human beings by killing them.
What not to eat as part of mourning
Anybody who believes in this upcoming critical situation of December must honor the stated days of mourning and should not eat any blooded foods. We should not eat meat and anything which relates with blood because this shall justifies the reasons of our mourning, May soul of Nuer who ferries rest in eternal peace.
