April 2, 2015(Nyamilepedia) — As the bilateral relations between the government of Salva Kiir and the Western countries continue to crumble, the government of South Sudan has passed a circulation to restrict visa entry for all diplomats from TROIKA nations.

A “strictly confidential” email circulation to all South Sudan embassies, intercepted by our editorial team, orders the government employees overseas to stop issuing visas to TROIKA diplomats.

“All RSS embassies personnel are not to issue them [TROIKA] with visas without the approval of the Ministry of Interior.” The confidential report reads.

The confidential letter warns that any diplomat from the affected nations, who enters South Sudan with a visa that was not pre-approved by the Minister of Interior in Juba shall be promptly deported.

“Any TROIKA diplomat coming into South Sudan with a visa that was not pre-approved by the Minister of Interior shall be denied entry at the port of entry” Juba orders.

According to this arrangement, all the diplomats from TROIKA nations, wishing to visit the war-torn country, must have their visas approved by the Ministry in Juba, South Sudan.

The new restrictions on visa application is believed to be a reaction to U.S, U.K, Norway and the United Nations for supporting punitive measures, sanctions and possible arms embargo against individuals who impede IGAD-led peace talks and violate international humanitarian law in South Sudan.

In addition, the government of Salva Kiir calls on IGAD to exclude TROIKA and the United Nations from the proposed IGAD-plus peace mediation of South Sudan conflict.

“We don’t need the Troika countries and the participation of the United Nations in the next IGAD-plus peace mediation because they are the very people and countries demanding sanctions against the people and the government of South Sudan and for that reason the UN Security Council passed the framework and resolution on sanctions based on the Troika recommendation,” government spokesperson Michael Makuei said on Tuesday.

The terrorist government of ethnic regime in Juba is crumbling but puts blames on out side sources for their own failure. Was it the outside sources(foreign nations) that advised Kiir to massacre its citizens or was it the Jaang elders, M7, of Uganda, the former detainees(g10) and salva Kiir’s private terrorist cells from Bar el gazal. I think it is stupid to blame all foreigners when they did not start the civil war nor do they(foreign nations with the exception of Uganda) have a hand in the failed status of South Sudan.

It is sad that South Sudan is run by hypocrites in Juba. How can the government officials blame outside world for their own fault? They are the very one who run the government but the foreigners do not run the government of South Sudan.

Makuei is a typical hypocrite. He talks like a lunatic person. Makuei really needs to learn how he represents his government like a professional. He lacks professionalism. As a diplomat, he really needs to know how he communicate his ideas and thoughts diplomatically.

Useless people always thinks stupid and this is exactly the case with Makuei & Kiir plus their tribal-mind-set supporters. So, they will see it with own eyes soon.

If the west pull out on its support of South Sudan chaos would follow within minutes this is what many failed to see. Very well continue to direct your bias minds towards the West and I hope the west teaches you all by making an example of your ignorant attitude towards them. Yes the West is fueling the war through Uganda but they have been lied to by Kiir, M7 some Jaang think tanks and elders. Should the west reconsider its role and direction of their regional relation to East Africa, South Sudan and Uganda will have new bosses to foster different goal and expectation more peaceful from that of Museveni and Kiir.

Makuei is a deranged man! Who needs who most in the current predicaments faced by South Sudanese?

South Sudan is a burden to the international community because of few stupid fellows in leadership; these folks have stashed away millions of ill gotten wealth in Western capitals and neighbouring countries.

South Sudanese should rise up to the occasion and stop these mad men from driving the country aground!

Are you going to mess up with Western nation? do it now! If you think you are imitating the president Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe and Peter Castro of Cuba, you are fool. Those two countries have better economy and zero internal conflict. You cannot create a problem with western countries while you have an internal problem unless you are fool. If I advise you for that, it mean I love you, but I don’t. Go and praise the lam Akol’s advise.

Well Salva Kiir said unless Westerners convince God to stop the rain in South Sudan then the sanction will work. Salva Kiir is fed by neighbouring countries. Kiir is one of the outrageous Presidents in history of South Sudan. This man is crazy.

With the current people in leadership of South Sudan, certainly their utterances and deeds leads the country fast into becoming a pariah state.

Only blind and damp South Sudanese will follow them.
