With exception of Louis Lobong Lojore, Rizik Hasan Zacharia and Joseph Nguen Manytuil, who retained their positions in the controversial 28 states, other governors who have worked under Salva Kiir’s leadership including the rebel governor, David Yau Yau, were left out.

The expected announcement came at a time president Salva Kiir was getting recognized and praised for receiving the first batch of advanced team of SPLM/SPLA in opposition that arrived on Monday.

Salva Kiir’s 28 states have been criticized by many South Sudanese and the International community as many believe such decision violates the recently signed peace agreement.

While analysts cite lack of resources to sustain the new states, fueling insecurity, creating tribal feuds and land disputes, it’s yet to be seen if Salva Kiir and Jieng Council of Elders will reverse the infamous decision and begin to implement the peace agreement.

Beek,

I have no problems if the jaang want to be on their own; they can go and eat cowshit, starve, kill themselves or wahtever. What we want in Equatoria is a jienge-free-equatoria JFE, that is civilized, clean, educated and development oriented. We can not always feed, accomodate, educate and host these jaangs for ever. They often behave like grown up kids with much emotions and less reasoning. John Garang was an exceptionally intelligent jaang. Kiir is the complete opposite, a real prototype of a luak-jienge-foolish

I thank you right because he divided the country according to tribal states so kiir himself needs to get out from juba and rules people of South Sudan in his home state and we have to leave juba for equatorians only.

Juba is capital City of South Sudan, you will go there as a representative of your constituency or live and work in private sector. Juba is too small and expensive. All factories will go too to all 28 states. Everything you want will be available everywhere and you don’t need to travel to the big cities in order to buy a TV cable, Change is needed.

This is a red line that should not be entertain. Gat machar need to react to this violation with a strong rebuke. Let the international community make a stand or the peace deal is over. Let the war of liberation continue. This president and his demon council of evil are bended at cost to ruin South Sudan for good even on a festive season.

You should not expect Kiir to honour his commitment and implement the peace agreement. The only way out is imposition of sanctions on the entire members of the cabinet and the army generals which will eventually lead to the fall of the Government. The JMEC will then arrange with the political parties to form the interim Government that will implement the provisions of the agreement.

WHAT IS IGAD & THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY DOING? THIS FOOLISH PRESIDENT & HIS TRIBAL ADVISORS ARE PLAYING WITH BLOOD OF SOUTH SUDAN PEOPLE? THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SHOULD SIDE WITH 10 MIILION PEOPLE NOT WITH INVIDAUL CRIMINALS. THEY SHOUDL DIRECTLY INTERVEN & DISLODGE THE THUGS FROM JUBA PERIOD.

The new map showing every new state looks magnificent. This is how a country should look like, not the ugly old 10 states.

Many thanks to President Mayardit for not only executing Dr Mabiordit Atem’s masterpiece vision of taking towns to local people but also a rollout of massive job’s creations that has cut down the unemployment gap and directly contributed to betterment of our economy.

People moved to populate Juba in the first place, because it was receiving infrastructure development that was supposed to reach those people in their places but couldn’t, for the ten states were inadequate for them.

It is now time the vagabonds from elsewhere who now reside in Juba pack up their rugs and go to their new states. Once they got there, they should put on their safety gear such as hard helmets, steel cap boots, work clothes, earmuffs, safety gloves and gogoles to commence work, building their new states from scratch or update any of the ten existing states which some of them may fall under. Equipment such as bulldozers, excavators and cranes will be provided. Architecturally designed models of the new states will be handed out to workers for headstart.

The fast way to build those new states is through teamwork or what we called “kaeya” in Dinka dialect of my section. Ladies who can’t climb the rooftop or don’t manage heavy lifting do a team work of fixing big mountains of “asida” or “kisira” for the boys toiling at work. There you have it. A strategy well planned out,it is.

Excuses such as the new states violate the peace deal and will create conflict between tribes are just made by lazy folks such as DINGIT NA TUGGÖ and other people whose names start with “Gat” plus somethings to avoid work and populate Juba – the home of Bari tribe from Equatoria.

I don’t understand why the SPLA-IO leadership could not get the point that the government of Salva Kiir and his boss Museveni do not want any peace but a plan to assassinate their leader if he is stupid enough to land in Juba. There are so many signs and actions that indicate the Dinka tribal government does not want any peace at all because they have the support of Museveni and nobody tell him to back off from South Sudan internal affair and he can do anything he want to do as long as his soldiers get pay and keeps the rest of deal money for himself.

Who is protecting the lives of the SPLA/M-IO Advance Team, now that the compromised peace agreement is abrogated the blood suckers in Juba? Big, big, big mistake of trusting your lives into the hands of cattle camp hyenas!!!!!!!! Maybe now Dr. Riek Machar has learned his life’s lesson. Now who has the right judgement? General Peter Gadet or Dr. Riek with his inpatient group of hotel politicians? Tough homework given by Juba and now somebody has to sort it out.

Goweng,

do not get troubled by beeeek’s childish judment. I know him very well. Beek does not see beyond his own body shadow. He was saying the same thing about the coming of the SPLA/M-IP. But see now, the huge feet of the SPLA/M is alreay in baak’s big mouth. Beeek needs a good time and soon his tongue will not be able to pronounce the word war but will only pronounce the word peace.

Gowen Torbaar, do not get tired to teach those jenge who hate peace, it is our duty to do so because we have lost many people in Juba. Enough is enough. Let us continue telling them that we need reforms and this country will never be the same

The appointment by worthless decree of 28 pseudo governors to run non-existing states is nothing more than a complete madness on Killer NyanMayardit.

Where the heck would Killer NyanKiir defecates enough budgets for the 28 pseudo governors and 28 pseudo-non-existing states, if Killer NyanKiir can barely defecates enough budgets for the existing 10 self-serving governors and states.

Treacherous-Jenges never ponder national decisions meticulously since the time immemorial
