August 7, 2016(Nyamilepedia) ——- A draft document circulated by South Sudan Reborn alleges that the United Nations, in consultation and agreement with the African Union and the IGAD region shall establish a temporary United Nations Transitional Authority (“UNTA) in South Sudan to stabilize the country.
The draft document alleges that the UNTA shall enforce basic tenants of the 2015 Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan and to implement the agenda therein.
The circulation reiterates that the UNTA shall provide security and protection for the people of South Sudan, help build the necessary institutions for governance, and deliver humanitarian assistance to the people in need.
The proposal goes on to discuss how the UNTA could replace the TGNU and bring the most needed peace to the people of South Sudan and the region.

What about you kiir who stolen country resources through mouse hole in presidential Office. It’s one of the wonderful thing never happen in this world except South Sudan, where president and his AIDS has dug a hole to loot, the steal the money of South Sudan.
Shame on you guys!!!!
I completely blame the Jaang tribal regime for insisting on fighting a very unnecessary tribal war in South Sudan’s national army uniforms inviting foreigners unknowingly to come and rule South Sudan. One more ugly chapter in South Sudan history is unravelling before our very eyes. such a shame.
That is good, criminal party SPLM will not get chance of killing people of South Sudan to fullfil the ethnic vission
This is a good alternative for South Sudan since we are unable to fully implement the peace agreement. Let’s give it a try for two years and compare the results.
Is this a mordinized version of colony, or just a creative venture to fatten wallets?
It will only bring sense if it remains a draft. I will advice the author to paraphrase his opinion. Incorperate ideas like, complementing the government or finding amicable way of holding elections.
