Dec 5, 2020(Nyamilepedia) — It is my gladness to extend my congratulations to you on behalf of the Liech community Association in Kenya on your deserved election as Moderator General-elect during the 34th General Assembly Meeting of the Presbyterian Church of South Sudan and Sudan (PCOSS).

First of all, I’m convinced that you will come with special competence to steer the Presbyterian Church toward the right direction of growth and development. I had observed on many occasions that you’re an honest intellectual whose words point to the truth.

I wish you and your congregation well. The lord has pronounced himself through his people who elected you to this seat. I have no doubt that he will grant you enough courage to turn the table that had for years covered the light hidden under it. In Jeremiah 3:15, the lord stated that ‘‘I give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.’’  Your election means the Presbyterian Church of South Sudan and Sudan had eventually made a breakthrough.

Secondly, you have always enjoyed huge community support due to your humility and outspokenness on injustices facing South Sudanese in the hands of the political leadership. Despite your elevation to this highest position in the church, I believe you will still be accessible to those who seek your wisdom and knowledge. The Liech community Association in Kenya is indebted to you for always being in our midst when we need prayers especially on 10th May, 2019.

Thirdly, your election has come at the right time when our divided country is in the process of implementing the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan that will lead to national healing and reconciliation.
