By Santo Gabriel,
July 28, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —— The SPLM-IO Mission Office to the United States of America, in conjunction with the SPLM-IO Coordinator’s Office, and all the SPLM-IO State Chapters in the United States of America, condemns in the strongest terms possible, the Presidential decrees issued on July 25, 2016, by president Salva Kiir, in which he relieved H.E. Dr. Riek Machar Teny, Who is the Chairman of the SPLM/ SPLA -IO and C-in-C of the SPLM/SPLA-IO, from his position as the First Vice President of South Sudan, and his subsequent illegal decreeing of Gen. Taban Deng Gai, to the position of the First Vice President in lieu of Dr. Riek, as a clear contravention to the 2015 Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan (ARCISS).
We therefore wish to inform the whole region of Africa, and the entire international community that this egregious and blatant act to replace Machar is a precarious conspiracy by the axis of evil that consist of president Salva Kiir and his SPLA-IG faction on one hand, and his henchman Gen. Paul Malong Awan on the other, and the infamous tribal cabal of the Dinka Council of Elders (JCE) on the other hand, to nullify the August 2015 peace agreement once and for all.
It’s particularly disturbing that Gen. Taban Deng Gai was illegally appointed by Kiir despite being fired by Chairman of the SPLM/ SPLA –IO, DR. Riek Machar, from his positions as the SPLM-IO Chief Negotiator, and from his ministerial docket as the minister of Mining in the TGONU, as well as from his membership in the SPLM -IO movement.
Therefore, we the aforementioned SPLM/SPLA- IO organizational bodies in the U.S., reaffirm our unwavering allegiance and support to the SPLM/ SPLA-IO under the leadership of our visionary chairman and C-in-C of the SPLM/ SPLA- IO, and First Vice President of South Sudan, H.E. Dr. Riek Machar Teny, and we particularly call on JMEC, IGAD , AU, The TROIKA ( US, UK & Norway), to condemn the outrageous illegal appointment of Gen. Taban Deng Gai, as null and void, and to work on expediting the process of deployment of a Third Regional Force in South Sudan, as called for by the IGAD Head of States’ Summit, and the AU communique with the support of the UN, to ensure the return of Dr. Riek Machar to Juba so that he can resume his duties as the First Vice President of South Sudan, in order to continue with the process of implementation of the peace agreement, to usher in a lasting peace and stability for the people of South Sudan. End.

nobody will understand you coz I just read your message but all of you belong to one ethnic group so no one is really interesting in resolving the current issues unfolding in our beloved country if You could gather on behalf of one group still displaying a tribal line and can never helps. let see what will Taban brought to south Sudan coz that position wasn’t made for one person to spend whole of his lives in it we want change of leadership, and change of constitutions. so Riek Machar has done what we have all seen for a very long time now . I request you guys to re-read his entire political affairs since he grew up. if Dr. Riek comes he will be reinstalled back to his position stopped fooling yourselves you have long been living in USA now and you still haven’t civilized yet. where is the hopes of this country lies in if you people still following tribal footsteps?,
Kirr and his Illiterate Malong is more than Ebola in South Sudan. why can’t the other countries act to clear off this deadly diseases before it affects other countries too.
