Oct 04, 2017(Nyamilepedia) ——- Phow State’s information Secretariat would like to announce to and inform all the people/citizens of Federal Phow State through this renowned media outlet, Nyamilepedia,  that your Phow State’s able Governor,  H:E. (PSC) Maj. Gen. Johnson Kuol Gai Nyoab, has finally arrived to state. He was accompanied by heavy delegation comprising of state dignitaries and other high ranking officials from the Movement, the SPLM/A-IO.
The State Government under the Deputy Governor, Gen. Peter Puok Koang welcomed the Governor back with open arms and very warm reception; the celebrations by the state people from all walks of life are ongoing.
Maj. Gen. (PSC) H: E Governor Johnson Kuol’s arrival back to state has happened for the first time in one (1) year and four (4) good months. He left Phow state in May 2016, when called by the SPLM/A- IO’s Chairman & C-in-C, Dr. Riek Machar Teny in Juba for Agreement on Conflict Resolution in South Sudan (ACRISS) implementation arrangements processes.
However, when Salva Kiir deliberately abrogated 2015 compromised accord on 8th July 2016 by attempting to assassinate instead the SPLM/A-IO’s leadership at J1 where subsequently one day later declaring a full scale war on the SPLM/A-IO , Governor Johnson went with the Chairman, H: E. Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhorgun together up to DRC, Congo. So, he finally arrived home today Tuesday, the 3rd of October 2017.
Moreover, the Government of Phow State is sending one important message to the region and international community that the State desires Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurghon released from irrational house arrest in South Africa so that he comes for peace and practical revitalization process.
Otherwise any continue attempt to bring peace in South Sudan without him, Dr. Machar, will truly remain a wishful thinking!
Struggle continues!
