Press Release,
March 12, 2021(Nyamilepedia) — This week on Tuesday 9th, the former Prime Minister, Right Honorable Mzee Raila Amolo Odinga was rushed to Nairobi Hospital for a medical check-up after experiencing fatigue. Soon after the check-ups, he made a statement dated 11th March, 2011 and said ‘‘While the tests were several, one important result, which I have authorized the doctors to make public is that I have been found to have been exposed to Covid-19.’’ At the same time he said he will undertake 14 days mandatory quarantine despite him being in good health and in good shape.Â
The Former Prime Minister is a respected Leader with wisdom whom we continue to follow and learn from. In the aforementioned statement, we have learned a lesson that the deadly coronavirus still exists, and thus we must at all times practice the necessary health precautions to prevent the spread of this pandemic at home, school and in the workplaces.Â
Having said that, as Liech Community Association in Kenya (LCAK), we wish the former Prime Minister, Raila Amolo Odinga a speedy recovery from this disease; Raila Amolo Odinga alias Baba is a proven Peace Maker and Certified Pan African Leader whose health and fitness is very important for the people of African continent and Kenyans in particular.Â
We are God fearing community, and therefore we shall keep praying for his quick recovery so that he can join His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta in leading Kenyans to the forthcoming referendum for constitutional amendment that will see Kenya developed and united more than ever before. At first we were a little bit worried because of his old age but the good thing is that our God never fails us. In the end this deadly coronavirus will be defeated and beaten hand down with the help of our God and Doctors. Â
