Jan 31, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —— I would like to urgently inform you that Samuel Dong Luak and Aggrey Idri Ezbon were driven to Juba through Uganda (Busia border post and exited through Nimule Border post) to Juba-South Sudan on Thursday 26 (morning of Aggreys’s arrest) last week.

They were immediately driven to Uganda and arrived Kampala at 10:00PM in the night of that Thursday. They refuelled and were given additional escort by the Uganda Police at the Special Investigation Bureau (SIB) in Kireka, Kampala.

Top Lam, a SPLM-IO member affiliated to Vice President Taban Deng Gai, was instrumental in survielling and identifying the duo before their respective abductions on Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Top Lam then boarded a plan and flew off to Juba after accomplishing his mission so as not to be identified by his former comrades in SPLM-IO in Nairobi.

A Uganda Police Superintendent called Ojok coordinated and facilitated the transit of the two abductees on Ugandan territory together with an officer from Uganda’s External Security Organization called Abraham Sagal. Abraham Sagal is in charge of the Uganda’s Northern corridor and has been instrumental in illegally arresting South Sudanese Refugees and handing them over to South Sudanese Military Intelligence and Security operatives at the border of Nimule in total disregard to International Refugee and Humanitarian Laws. Abraham Sagal and a host of Ugandan Security operatives conniving with their South Sudanese counterparts also facilitated the illegal extradition of then United Democratic Front (UDF) party leader, lawyer turned politician-Peter Abdelrahman Sule and Major General Elias Lino Jada among others on 25th July 2015 from a Adjumani Refugee Camp to South Sudan where they were summarily executed.

Samuel Dong and Aggrey Idri are now in South Sudan and efforts should now be focused in that Direction if they are to be saved.

Firm instructions have been given to keep their presence and detention in Juba top secret so as to avert a diplomatic incidence. Their lives are in actual danger as the government may decide to kill them to avoid a diplomatic spat.

Please treat this seriously and through your connections and good and influential office bring this issue to light. So many South Sudanese have lost their lives at the hands of our reckless Government and its security apparatus.

The two men could be in Kenya, locked up. If they are brought to Juba,it is an absolutely good news as it is their home city. They will be in safe hands like James Gadet Dak and rest of prisoners who are expecting to be freed soon as a good will gesture after they accept national reconciliation.
