July 22, 2016 (Nyamilepedia) — We, the Nuer Community Association in the Arab Republic of Egypt, “With Deep Sorrow” we would like to convey our heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost their love ones in the occasion of Wau and Juba incidents. The Nuer community is also condemning the recent barbaric killings and the plan intended to eliminate the civil population of Wau, and Juba plus the recent deployment of the Ugandan troops to South Sudan.

South Sudan is the African’s recent created state which got its independence from Sudan on the 9th of July 2011. The main objectives behind this independence were to have a virtue democracy, freedom, justice, and equality for all; and enhance the spirit of brotherhood, friendship among the people of South Sudan.

Because of the lack of the equal provision of essential services to the people of the South Sudan, and efficient of power distribution, many South Sudanese communities lost trust on president Salva Kiir’s government. President Salva Kiir has committed serious crime against humanity by forming militias only from his tribe men. This was in order to maintain himself in power. Presidents Salva Kiir committed the following crimes against the greater Fertits of Wau, greater Equatorians, and greater Upper Nile (Shilluk, Anyuak, Murle, and Nuer);

– Juba genocide of December 15th, 2013
– Bentiu genocide
– Bor genocide
– Malakal genocide
– Wau genocide 26th June, 2016
– Juba genocide 8th July, 2016

Salva Kiir Forces are massacring, castrating raping, looting, imprisoning, forcing to eat human dead bodies, burning humans alive, and doing many other torturing. With all these criminal acts of Salva Kiir, the Nuer community is now urging the international communities to arrest him and take him to court, and set South Sudan free from the dictatorship.

Zechariah Gahgah Wal – Chairman of Nuer Community in Egypt
Joseph Duop Magangdit – Deputy Secretary General of NCAE
