January, 15th, 2015 (Nyamilepedia) – In the latest reports obtained by Nyamilepedia on the ground, the Sudan People Liberation Army (SPLA) Spokesperson Col. Philip Aguer Panyang’s house got burned in Juba this morning.

According to different reports, the house that got burned had all the documents of the Army and personal valuable items of Aguer according to eye witnesses whose names are withheld due to fear of reprisal.

The fire robbed Aguer of all his possessions, including his precious library this morning.

Meanwhile, different people on social media are calling for God to award Philip Aguer or to be promoted to a higher position in the SPLA ranking according to Mading Ngor, a former Journalist who used to moderate Wake up Juba on Bhakita Radio, a comment that intensified debates on social media this afternoon.

Mading Ngor said I hope the new start for Aguer would give an opportunity for the army to reward Col. Philip Aguer, who serves them with humility and integrity.  Ngor on his face-book page comment mentioned that, no one poorer and humble with such influence within and outside the army like Col. Aguer.  Perhaps the system should finally promote this gentleman Ngor said in his statement.

More details will come shortly!

It would been great if Philip Aguer burned inside the house.

Peter Gai Manyuon,
I thought you were a mature writer, but now I know you are not by writing unfounded lies. From your own thinking, how can documents of the SPLA be kept in a house of a spokesperson while SPLA has its offices in Bilpam and Giyada? That is a blatant lie. Oh by the way, the house of Philip did not burn and Mading Ngor didn’t report anything of that kind. Call him and ask he is a seasoned journalist from Canada and he would not report lies of this nature. He is now with the BBC and Bloomberg. These are serious media houses and their journalist would not behalf recklessly! Nyaluak
