August 1st, 2014 (Nyamilepedia)– The Chairman of the Sudan People Liberation Movement SPLM in Opposition and the Commander Dr. Riek Machar Teny has appointed his former Press Secretary assistance Miyong G. Kuon as the official representative of the SPLM in Opposition to United Nations in New York.
Miyong used to host a weekly political talks show called “Meet the Press-Juba “with South Sudan Television (SSTV) for some years.
Kuon also worked at the Presidency as an assistance Communication and Press in the office of the former Vice President Dr. Machar, until July 23, 213.
