February 9, 2015 (Nyamilepedia)—The Government of Republic of South Sudan under President Salva Kiir had last weekend rearranged its team to Arusha – Intra-Party talks which to kick off on 10/02/2015 in Tanzanian city of Arusha.
This time, swift and prudent changes are inevitable in the team prior to dispatching to Arusha roundtable dialogue following a blaming game over representatives’ allegiance.

According to Akol Paul, the spokesperson of SPLM-Juba delegate, Mr. Deng Dau Deng and Mr. Gai Yoh have been sieved off and completely dislodged from the list citing issues of not well represented the team’s best interest and core values at the previous round.

The reshuffling did not stop at the two though. Hon. Mayiik Deng replaced James Kok Ruea, the Principal Focal Point during the previous meetings.

Mr. Akol Paul blames the three of having done little in the previous talks saying that their presentations favor the SPLM in Opposition.

The Principal Focal Point directs and talks face to face to the Tanzanian CCM Party facilitator who in turn mediates the dialogue among the three SPLM factions.

So, Hon. Mayiik Deng will take up the new role with effect from Tomorrow.

The three Government officials; James Kok, Gai Yoh and Deng Dau are being accused by their teammates of compromising and surrendering a number of Government key positions in the Arusha accord mainly to the SPLM in Opposition.

None of the blamed officials could be reached for comments. However, James Kok is alleged to go as a regular member on Government ticket while Gai Yoh and Deng Dau fate remains uncertain.

The SPLM-Juba delegation therefore takes this shape:

  1. Jema Nunu Kumba remains as the team leader
  2. Mayiik Deng, the newly appointed Principal Focal Point
  3. James Kok Ruea, regular
  4. Joseph Calito Kuel, regular
  5. Dak Tap Chol, regular
  6. Akol Paul Kordit, regular

The SPLM-in-Opposition delegation however, takes the structure below:

  1. Prof. Petet Adwok Nyaba, leads the team.
  2. Goi Jooyul Yol, the Principal focal point.
  3. Cde. Duer Tut Duer, regular
  4. Cde. Lamumba Diaping, regular
  5. Cde. Puot Kang Chuol, regular
  6. Cde. Edward Lino Abyei regular
  7. Dr. Richard Mulla, regular
The Former detainee delegation is also expected to show up.

All the delegations are anticipated to turn up in Arusha on 9/2/2015 and the discussion will recommence on 10/02/2015.
The three factions will pick up the talks from where they had stopped.

The following regions are expected to be discussed at tomorrow’s round and any necessary changes and reviews will be made to suit the party best interest.
⦁ SPLM Constitution
⦁ SPLM Manifesto
⦁ SPLM Code of conduct
⦁ SPLM Internal Rules and Regulations
⦁ SPLM Financial Rules and Regulations

The party reunification is believed to be a possible remedy to the country civil war which started on 13th December 2013 when the president Salva Kiir accused his sacked Vice, Dr. Riek Machar of staging a coup. Dr. Machar however, denied all the coup allegations.

Tens of thousands lost lives and millions flee their homes and now under UNMISS care and protection within the country.
Other Millions crossed borders in quest for refuge to the neighboring states of mainly Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia.

The arusha talk.

A talk that has never achieved anything in relation to the current conflict in south Sudan. While citizen of south Sudan expecting more from so called ARusha peace talk.or reunification.

iT will be difficult for ARusha talk to have a good out come since no one is taking responsibility in the leading up to the conflict that has killed ten of thousands of since the war begun over a year ago.

Arusha talk has turned into regional business because the tri-parties that are representing south sudanes people do not have seen what need to be done in order for peace to returned in south Sudan.
East Africa countries need to do more if they think peace is still reachable in south Sudan in which the igad has been trying for an over a year, and this organisation has achieved huge funding many western nation to resolved this crisis in south Sudan. However, igad has gained less since taking over the talk between two parties.

By replacing the former negotiators on the government side, Arusha has already failed. Brace for something else.

Reunification of Arusha will not work is just to waste time and that’s what i called it game theory. Eastern African leaders are playing with our country and if Salva Ebola doesn’t how to solve this issue peacefully and bulet will bring sense to him and his regime
