July 25, 2016(Nyamilepedia) —- The subject matter of this article will focus only on answering this question which is the title of this article without making more grotesque or illustrations.
To be direct, as we all know these two leaders are tribal kings, military generals and charismatic leaders. They were privileged to enjoy two types of the only three types of the world leaders which are:-
1-Tradiional leader (e.g. head chiefs of the known any native administration)
2-Religious leaders (servants of the almighty God on earth)
3- Charismatic Leaders (those who came to power by chance through revolutions, elections etc).
The two gentlemen acquired two of the above mentioned types of leaders in the world, which are No. 1 & 3.
About Dr. Riek Machar Teny:-
1-He is the only undisputed living Nuer leader now and in future.
2-He is a trust worthy person by all Nuer whether illiterate or educated. He is a humble good listener to everybody without discrimination and not a greedy and liar.
3-He is the only current unifier of Nuer tribe including other tribes in the country. He is also the only leader in the whole south Sudan who can be obeyed by normal citizens even outside the Nuer tribe and territory. You can easily refer to Malakal incident of 2008 and Likuangoly war of December 2011 where he cautioned about 76.000 of Lou Nuer youth not to get rid of Murle tribe.
4-If anyone who would like to replace Dr. Riek with any living Nuer whether politician or any military general from the Nuer tribe, the result will be 100% of the job seekers will not agree on one person as a unifier of the Nuer tribe in the whole south Sudan and abroad.
To tell the truth Dr. Riek Machar Teny, is the only living symbol of Nuer unity and togetherness now. So anybody who is wasting his time to get a replacement for Gatmachar this time will not succeed. He will only victimize the unlucky substitute and danger his short unnecessary dog’s life.
For instance if anybody succeeded in killing Dr. Riek Machar Teny through Presidential palace meetings, only one of the following two things will happens:-
1-If the one doing that is from the Dinka tribe as attempted on 8/7/2016; there will be no Dinka in south Sudan in the near future. They will either escape away or will forced to do so by all means.
2-If the Dinka killers are strong enough; also there will be Nuer in south Sudan. If that silly mistake happened there will be only either Nuer or Dinka in this young country with other tribes. So, let the conspirators think twice before attempting anything of that kind.
About the President Salva Kiir Mayadiit:-
1-He is a charismatic leader and a traditional leader as well now under the JEC. We also doubt if he was not a president of the republic, can he easily get the chance of being a current Dinka leader?
2-If you want to replace Mayardiit with any good living Dinka politician or military general; I think the job seekers will not agree on one Dinka candidate. Everyone or region will be working for himself or its representaive.
3-He (Mayaiit) like Dr. Riek is the only current Dinka unifier in the country on the expense of other south Sudan 63 tribes.
4-Mayaditt is also good for Dinka tribe because there is a mutual responsibility negligent between him and the Dinka power beneficiaries.
a-The beneficiaries do not bother themselves to advice him for the good governance of the country for public welfare. They only look for their own individual benefits from their tribal power symbol in the country.
B-Mayardiit on his turn he does not bother himself to caution his relatives and friends from Dinka tribe even if they steals all the assets of the young nation. At last, he reluctantly responded to the repeated stealing case of his office.
In conclusion, no Nuer will one agree on one man to be their leader as happened in the case of their symbol of unity the respectable Dr. Riek Machar Teny the man of peace to all south Sudanese.
On Jieng side, I think they do not have any living alternative for Salva Kiir Mayardiit now even he is weak and unreliable leader.
