Jan 16, 2017(Nyamilepedia) —— On 29th of November 2015, the SSNDP /SSNDF which is one of the ethical, powerful and major revolutionary organisations in South Sudan proposed a proposal on the establishment of the Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) to quickly topple the existing military government in Juba. This high political body will be responsible for planning, organising, staffing, coordinating and controlling of political activities in the rebel controlled territory. The members of the SSNDP / SSNDF believe that the creation of the (DTCNS) will bring all the armed and unarmed rebel movements together or under one umbrella.

This fresh opinion was highly welcomed by the vast majority of the South Sudanese freedom fighters because the liberation of the whole South Sudan from the SPLM /SPLA-IG was successfully hijacked by the laissez-faire leadership style. It came to the attention of the overwhelming majority of the freedom fighters that the current dictatorial  government in Juba will not be overthrown under delegative or autocratic leadership style because each of this approach has innumerable weaknesses. The authoritarian leaders always works against the implementation of the democratic strategies and the free reign leaders do not prevent confusions and deadly tensions amongst the followers Lewen, Lippit & White (1939).
The most important question is who will be elected to lead the Democratic Transitional Government for the National Salvation (DTGNS)? The SSNDP /SSNDF strongly recommended that the person who will be chosen for this position must hold a University Degree from the highly recognised academic institutions in order to reach our common goals and objectives on time. Furthermore the person who will preside over the awaiting (DTGNS) must have achieved the core leadership skills and qualities to get the job done ethically and faster. The SSNDP / SSNDF is confident that the liberation of the entire South Sudan from the (DNCE) requires an expert or specialist’s judgment in order to eliminate the present authoritarian government in Juba faster and safely.
The upcoming Democratic Transitional Government for the National Salvation (DTGNS) will work collaborately and cooperativelly with the Inter-governmental Authority on Development (IGAD), African Union (AU), Eupropean Union (EU), Arab League (AL), NATO nations (NATO-N) the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and other lawful non-Governmental International Organisations (NGOs) and governmental bodies to successfully liberate the people who are called second, third, fourth, or fifth-class-citizens of the newly created nation.
The people of the young nation will never achieve a long-lasting peace and security through peaceful dialogue; they will attain it through the barrel of the gun because the ruling body of the newly founded country titled Dinka National Council of Elders (DNCE) keeps on hijacking the bilateral and multilateral agreements. For instance, the Regional Cooperation Agreement (RCA) that was signed on 27th of September 2012 between the two Sudan was deliberately and badly breached by the government of South Sudan. The SPLA-IG. which operates under the leadership of Gen. Mayardit has been fighting alongside with the Sudan Revolutionary Front (SRF) since the eruption of the first phase of the South-South civil war to seize the Sudanese capital Khartoum. The Compromise Peace Deal (CPD) that was signed in the present of the international observers on 17th and 26th of August 2015 was intentionally violated by the (DNCE) to advance the (Dinka Kingdom) and also to maintain Mayardit’s unethical presidency in the country for more than 50 years.
A reliable source recently stated that the government’s combatants are currently gradually advancing towards the rebel held territory to displace the civilians also to capture many military bases from the rebels.
In short, the over whelming majority of the freedom combatants have accepted to choose the chairperson of the Democratic Transitional Council for the National Salvation (DTCNS) by February 2017 to bring down the current dictatorial government in Juba quickly. The person who will be elected by the freedom fighters will be charged with the re-unification of all armed and unarmed rebel groups and also he / she will represent the New South Sudan Revolutionary Forces (NSSRF) at national and international level.
