May 27, 2015(Nyamilepedia)—You must be out of your mind if you cannot agree with me in this argument. As denial, liars and lack country hood become a habit to manipulate and demonized those who yawning for change.

First and foremost, let me have few observation about Decentralization governance system current we have in South Sudan.

There are so many reasons why this system failed the country both politically and economically. The simple fact about it is that, decentralization system was first water and nurtured with communist ideology during the guerrilla error.

As a result, none system of governance was invented, own and then become a form of distortion and gradually become discriminatory setting that promote divisions among our citizens. Therefore the only savior and reliable governance system we have left is the federal democracy system recently passed in Pagak.

Dear compatriots, I have to wonder why we are so difficult to adapt a system that promotes equality, justice and freedom. A governance system that encourage and empower every citizen in the country to fully participate regardless of what tribes they are or what region they come from.

You must be so negative and pathetic to suggest that, current system in Juba would be preferable even with its current form. Every citizen deserve an accountability settings, the same to the government, they need a system that has divide it powers according to the level of the government.

The three levels of Government include Legislatures, Executives and Judiciary.

In simple term, those levels in Juba are just like a toilet papers under kiir mayardit, I therefore cautiously would like to remind our readers that, constitution or law cannot in anyway be discharge or own by individuals in the country.

Sincerely, country means good governance system, it also means good law that will provide certainty and promote social justice to all South Sudanese. Fellow country men and women.

Decentralization that we have under kiir has failed us dearly, so i can’t see how we can fix it either. However, I believe federal system remain the only glimmer of hope to the new nation.

In fact this system has more positive political, economic and social moral as you would imagine.

To be frank, I totally have fallen in love with this system. Indeed, this has prompt me to stand tall and asking my compatriots, my country men and women who have the inspirations to take this nation back to her people to joint me and other comrades that are already in the matching to establish a governance system that will replace the current tribal, rotten and unworthy system which had caused us so many lives.

Federal system need to be roll-out on time so that citizen understands it ingredients and how healthy it is.

Dear state men and women, the good thing about this system is that, no one will ever squeeze you like an orange nor anybody would pile you like a banana.

In other word, you will be the most powerful person in the country not the president; you will hold public servants accountable for corruptions, tribalism. nepotism and killings.

Therefore, there is no time to wait; this is because the fundamental principle to civilization and formation of good governance is that, good leaders work tirelessly to set up a system that promote democracy and good governance for years to come.

This is what our dear leader, our brother and friend Dr Riek Machar has been doing since he joined the struggle many years ago. It is clear in the record, especially on national issues, I can’t see any reason that could make you doubt this system given his strong advocacy on many issue including self-determination.

He has been someone who would like every citizen to have a fair ago. He is also someone who do not agree to leaders whose their aims is to loots public resources and misusing of people’s power.

South Sudanese let us grasp this opportunity for our future and our children’s future.

Federal system is better compares to the rest. In the case of South Sudan it will deter corruption and unfair illegal practices that are currently allowed using the national governing bodies.

Hello there: This article reflects the view of Riek Machar Ebola the Hotel Commander in Chief at Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa!

The writer and Reporter of this article is not aware that we are already the Federal Government State of South Sudan: which means that We have three stages of government systems— for example we have Presidential executive leads by elected president, State Government leads by Governor and County Government leads by Commissioner and local governments leads by chiefs and tribal leaders and many other thing within that system …. The only challenge is an implementation and actionable of the system that was already existing.

So my point is that It is very stupid and idiot and naive and lack of understanding and reading of all the protocols of the CPA; if any body who is always talking about Federalism system of government need to be Introduced as a system governance of South Sudan must to read and understand again the road map of the CPA: which stated that the system governance of Southern Sudan must to be decentralized if the people vote for an Independent Republic of South Sudan within 6 years !! In other words this system was Incorporated in the interim Constitution of South Sudan and ratified by the GOSS parliament…

Therefore we have federal government existing but we also lacking the implementation of making It a reality… our elected officials are abusing the systems for their own benefit rather than for the nation and people of South Sudan.

For example if Dr. Garang alive today all these systems of Indirect Federalism must already be Implemented and all citizens of South Sudan will feel better about it: which Dr Garang said let’s take the town to the people which is another form of indirect Democracy and federalism.

So forget about Federalism system that you are talking about…we are already in place of federalism…for example in Federal Government of Ethiopia, they have indirect Federalism system which means each 9, or 11 regions or states of Ethiopia are divided and named based on Ethnicity identity e.g. Oromo region, Tigray Region and on and so. In South Sudan we have 10 states which are named based on place or history contact reflect the locality of the local community or country.
To close my point: no matter what Riek Ebola and other craziness Idiots leaders said about Introducing the Federalism system of government, it will never never come true because we already have it in the book…
Riek Ebola get It wrong because rebellion is not the best way to solve our family problems as citizens…wrong Judgements from Riek Ebol…Good luck in your hotel’s room at the Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa.

Thank you sooooooo much.

What is the different between Nuer and Dinka? And why three (3) Governors of greater Upper Nile ( upper Nile, unity, jongli) all are Nuer?

your are absolutely right mr GatNor, how country has been torn apart a divisive system that do not provide any accountability. Government cannot relay on community elders advice, for that reason thank you for supporting that will give you autonomy than the current.

Mr nyan Gatdet i have question like to ask you, what happened to the democratic system it was posted by Dr Riek Machar in 1991in Nasir? did its successes or not, what is makes this democratic system different from 1991 to be successful in Pagak in 2015?

Democracy is an ideology mold into a workable system that is practiced to govern. Unless a society is naturally agilitarian such as that of Nuers societal culture you need experts graduates from schools of thoughts with backgrounds in economics, science, theology, politics etc in order to implement such a system so that it work as designed. These don’t necessarily have to be the ones running the country but their tested and proven ideas could be employed by the government and enforced by the laws of the land(constitution). The country now is led by a coward tribalist who has no common sense and a high school dropout. Practically he is a mussel-head who believes violence and dictatorship is the best way of governing and settling disputes leave alone laying out a blue print for a democratic government for a country that should be rule through laws and order. Adut, you have a great question that deserves a better answer or a response tha I am giving you. Why don’t you ask the governing thugs in Juba since they are currently responsible for directing the country(South Sudan) The people in charge need to answer you not the people who have already reached to a conclusion that the answer is CHANGE!

gatnor the reason I ask this question to they people who are supporting the SPLM IO is this to me the SPLM IO or SPLM IG ,are they same people who are governed in refugee camps in Ethiopia and in liberated areas in south sudan too until now in the SPLM IO or in government, one example is Taban Deng Gai he was a chairman of Itong refugee camp from 1989 to 1990 at that time there were tribalism, corruption and nepotism again Taban he was also the governor of unity state more than ten years in governorship there were also tribalism, nepotism against jieng or Danish while the Jieng population is forty percent in unity state and the bul Nuers by Taban jekany and levels of corruption. in the current SPLM IO under leadership of Dr Riek Machar there is the same tribalism, nepotism and corruption because they all the nine five percent of high commanders and the politicians and the representatives to foreign countries are all Nuers.

Danish? What in the world does that mean?
Moving on, in the case of Taban Deng that is a state level issue. If the people from such state as Unity let him get a away with that sort of crap then that is their weakness. And if you are from that state and you are just waking up to that reality when you should have enquire on such an lawful practices then, again its you problem and not the Opposition current problem. You had all the time in the world to hold Mr Taban accountable then while he was deep in the mldth of corruption saga. Why now? If you knew that Taban and Machar had such a track records of all you claimed against them why did you let them get into the positions they ended up at and let them screw you dry for 10 years but now you want the wotld to see them from your coward eyes when the issue is different and as such time also is different. The struggle’s objective is not about Taban & or Machar’s leadership as far as personalities are concerned. I called you coward because you seem to fight a war that is over between you, Machar, and Taban and you lost since they been there for ten year and you have not raised an eyebrow but you are making a whole lot of annoying noises at the moment. Good luck buddy I cant help you even though I did tried by advising you to dirrect your wuestions to the thugs currently directly responsible for the country. You thought I was a push over but you are wrong.

Folks,

I’m planning to go and have a glass of Whiskey with Riek Machar in his headquarters in Sheraton hotel in Addis Ababa. I may have his photo taken with me when we got drunk and post it on the social media. Once I got drunk with Riek Machar in his headquarters in hotel, I will write an article which may not make any sense to anyone on this forum except the rapists and looters of Riek Machar. Would the meeting with the coward (Riek) in his headquarters in hotel make me famous? By the way, Nyan Gatdet means the daughter of Gatdet in Dinka language. Does it mean the same thing in Thong Naath?

I checked on that word “Nyan” in Nuer it has a few meanings due to complexity of the language that is also developed as such. I am assuming you are right in Jaang language it means simply that but for Nuers, I heard it would be a tongue twisting jibberish. I could be wrong.

Adut, i think you are in a denial and lies situation, how can you suggested that Nasir declaration did not succeed when the very agenda of self-determination brought disagreement between our leaders was 12 years later adopted into PCA than lead to birth of the new nation South Sudan. Roll back your thinking for a minute and say which leader in our country have ever question unfair system that deny people’s right? Only Dr Riek Machar. Please take Federal system because it is only sysetm that unify south sudanese.

nyan very politicians like Dr Riek can created lies when he was failed many times to achieve his or her position in the government as Dr Riek Machar did he it in 1984when he joined the SPLM/SPLA he thought the of Sudan is not democratic government and then in 1991 he decided to defected again back to sudan and signed agreement with sudan government in 1997 and again back to the SPLM movement one more again in 2013 until now he never expected his failure and move on with his life and leave politics . now he come up with another thought has a politician and introduced the word federalism systems in south sudan, because he knew they south sudanes people are tribalist society the federal systems it may work to motivate them to support my curse. corruption is also the word he claimed while himself was apart of that government what did he learn to make right this time.
