THE PEACE WITHIN REACH- PRESIDENT OF SOUTH SUDAN RESTORED CONSTITUTIONAL 10 STATES

Mar 01, 2020(Nyamilepedia) — Despite President Salva Kiir creation of two provocative claimed unconstitutional administrative areas of Boma and Ruweng, his willingness to return the country to ten States is commendable and promising for peace. I’m appreciating the president of South Sudan for his an attempted to accept peace negotiation. Many thank goes to the United States government for putting necessary pressure on President Salva Kiir, enforced sanctions on war profiteers to make peace a reality in the country whose people have suffered for century. This was since 1905 when Anya Anya that began followed by the Anya Anya II and plus. I urge the United States Government to continue putting pressures and enforce more sanctions on warlords like Cobra leader, Renegade David Yau Yau who have been known for his commission of atrocities in Jonglei States for one decade and half. In the country, there have been those selfish leaders who working behind the scene day and night and make sure they use warfare as forms of prolonging the civil war in the country just for their own personal benefits. These warlords and former Arabs’ Bootlickers and Ass-kissing Arabized intellectuals have been embezzling the country’s Oil-revenues.
The most dangerous old man known for treasonable action against Several Khartoum regime’s dictators, Mr. Abel Alier Kuai Kut is the architectural designer of Tribal Conflict in South Sudan and since he started during the 1960s to present. The retired self-claimed lawyer is an expert on setting tribe against tribe; creating lasting violence along ethnic-line. President Salva Kiir should distance himself from Arabized South Sudanese politicians to protect his legacy from being ruined. I can sense the beginning of Peace in South Sudan through restoration of the former South Sudan’s 10 States which were constituted by the Warring parties known as the SPLM and NCP in the 2005 ‘s CPA Treaty. And in fact, the reversed of South Sudan’s former ten states. In my own views, it’s a restoration of Laws, Orders and rules in South Sudan. This is an incredible start roadmap for genuine. Mr. President is very presidential right now-“whether you like it or not!” Despite Security arrangements in the revitalized peace process that we all hope will help established a long-lasting peace in our country, It’s the beginning of light for social justice and accountability should also accompany peace in South Sudan. The implementation of peace without consideration to social justice, accountability and national reconciliation will be an insult to the victims of this unnecessary senseless war of greed for power. This’s my perspective for real peace meant for all.
I would love to see full commitment of the IGAD, the peace mediator, AU, the troika countries, The super-power, the U.S. I would like to thank the former U.S. President, Mr. Bush Junior ‘s administration for fully involved in supported of the Post Sudan’s 2005 (CPA) Treaty became reality. Peace won’t be success without the involvement of the U.S. Government. I would like to urge the friends of South Sudan, countries, like the United Kingdom, and Norway to continue with their pledges to support peace process because, such an influence and play a role in the revitalization of peace in South Sudan. The peace belonged to the people of South Sudan and if so, then the restoration of human dignity should start with recognition of all the post evil deeds to the civilians, Massive massacred, raped cases, cold blood murdered and executions of most educated South Sudanese individual etc. The South Sudanese victims of the post perniciousness war atrocities, those who’s beloved one became victims of the cruel killings deserve to be inclusively involve in peace process and in order for the genuine peace to prevails. The peace should be about the war victims. The Peace should focus much on restoring dignity, hope and the Justice for the victims. The peace should not just about political positions, rewarding of war mongers. The ordinary citizens of South Sudan will only feel peace when if the Mediators and peace partners considering the creation of Hybrid Court to be immediately established. This will enable the legal bodies to investigate the fifteen years Human rights abuses since 2005 onward and to investigate too, an allegedly of war crimes committed against humanity are investigated.
I will be lobbying for the creation of the Hybrid Court to be form with special legal body to investigate issues of war crime and crimes against Humanity in the South Sudan’s post conflict atrocities. The Comprehensive Peace Acord is the one that recognized the issues of human rights violations, abuses will send a strong message to warlords in South Sudan and elsewhere that, nobody is above the law. This process will help bring to court of justice and hold accountable some criminals in both the SPLM IO and IG including other warlord groups and their networks web allies. A genuine Peace is what addressing of root causes of the conflict follow by the accountability, truth telling and reconciliation; A genuine peace comes with healing process and a message of: “Never Again should this happens on our watch!” My activism against the Child Abuses, Forced/early Child Marriage, Social Injustice and Human rights violation against citizens, violence, corruption, Inequality and restriction on freedom of expression had almost cost me my life both in South Sudan and in Nairobi, Kenya. As one of many targeted human rights activists driven off South Sudan with threats of violence to East Africa where i stayed in Nairobi for seven years, the lawless thugs still crossed borders and attempted to assassinate me several times in Nairobi, Kenya before coming to the United States. I had escaped abduction in my house in Nairobi in February 2018. Thank to Trinity College and West Hartford Human rights Commission for invited me to hold talked in Connecticut, U.S. I’m living in the US. As a political asylee and not a refugee.
When we talk of real peace, we think of innocent citizens murdered in a cold blood. My fellow Human Rights activists: Human Rights Lawyer Samuel Dong Luak and SPLM-IO member Idris who were kidnapped in Nairobi, Kenya and murdered only reminds me of Khartoum regime that was known for murdering its own people. With this peace, it’s my hope that we won’t be oppressing our own people just to hang on to power without providing basic services to the people of South Sudan. It’s my hope that the likes of thugs like John Tap responsible for activist’s disappearance in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Dr. Congo, Egypt, and beyond shouldn’t be employed by our own government just to hunt people down. Human Rights activist Dong Luak and Aggrey Idris case after they vanished was denied a fair trial in Kenya because our own government of the Republic of South Sudan had bribed the Kenyan court and Ugandan authority to block the court hearing. Mr. John Tap, Mr. Taban Deng, the war atrocities profiter’s personal assistant who joins IO on the night of aftermath massacred of State House known J1 on 8 July,2016 was bribed with $ millions. Taban Deng Gai through John Tap was responsible for the execution of exile South Sudanese brilliants University Students, Journalists, Political and Human rights activists outside South Sudan. In the name of peace, i would remind the Peace mediators to rethink about the definition of peace mean, restoration of justice, harmony, stability, hope and Human dignity, reconciliation and most importantly restoration of laws and orders would require the government institutions hold whoever involved the post pernicious deeds hold accountable. The South Sudan will be able to ends future wars and put focus on serving the people’s lives.
