Opinion: Gen. Akol Koor Kuch Represent The Seed of Quality Leadership.

Feb 02, 2022 — Politics have been considered by some especially here in South Sudan to be one of the dirtiest reputation field of job, not because of the rigorous exercise involved but due to the process and the system inside the politics that involves many corruption and desperation for power. But we should not lose all hope or get tired of the exercise for there are still good men and women in politics as well as the aspiring ones that possess good qualities that may be able to help the society to improve for the better.

While it is true that no person was, is or even in the future will be perfect in the business of politics, it would not mean that no one is suitable or catalyst to the desired change in politics. Notwithstanding, there are certain traits and personalities that suit well in Security Service or in politics which you can give to none other than Gen. Akol Koor Kuch who brought the Security Policy in place, who is now Seeking day and night to Serve South Sudanese behind ”wun-piny Junub Sudan” our only father, First President-elect, Africa prize of Peace, God’s chosen President H.E Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit.

However, one of the best qualities you can find in a good politician is the person who walk and talk. This kind of character proves a politician on how he deals on many things as an individual and to an extent, a public office holder. Some who come to seek the people’s mandate would come to paint places with good promises about their prioritized line of what to do but turn their back against the promises immediately after winning the positions from High-up authority appointment by Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit president of the Republic of South Sudan.

Despite the fact that we cannot solve every problem all at once, but a good person is encouraged to give prioritized attention to vital things that his people are craving for instance, Gen. Akol Koor Kuch well-known (Akol Lion)’s administration always focus on human capacity development, education, healthcare, agriculture, environment, aboveground all is the security and law and order, and protecting present regime and the live of our Messiah Kiir Mayardit.

A potential security minded who is not pretending to be what and who he is not will not change when given the opportunity to serve. Gen. Akol Lion Kuch has shown us himself, and the public opinion about him is that he is soundcheck-mind, humble, experienced, competent and as selfless as a selfless man can be.

In the Holy Bible, the book of Proverbs 29:2 says, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.” This summarily analyzed the aforementioned message herein. So, this and past time around, God of South Sudan Shaw us a man of sagacity, a respectable and passionate leader with political goodwill to take over the mantle of trust of H.E Gen. Salva Kiirdit for the better. Do not look elsewhere who falls in the qualities mentioned outside that one man whose name is Gen. Akol Koor Kuch.

Leadership is a seed planted in every man that grows proportionally to the demands placed on it.

Gen. Akol Koor Kuch perfectly fit into  this echelon of leadership quality which he has demostrated through his numerous activities within and outsides the Country.

Great leaders did not just desire to be in leadership position, or to merely even assume leadership function, they are filled with the passion to fulfil their discovered assignment hence leadership Security management and development always becomes the evident, just like Gen. Akol Koor Kuch has greatly done well and has demonstrated it by impacting lives in so many ways.

He had paved on high priority the ideology they truely define ”the seed of quality leadership” All his businesses specifically on Security affairs are situated in the Nation, he built many among them National institution headquarters, supporting many people including the Sickpeople and students, constructed many kilometers of roads and lots more.

He is an achiever, his support to humanity has no bounds. Being an industrialist it’s very importance, he can handle the affairs of Nation well in feature.

In Akol-dit, the seed of quality leadership is found. Be part and support this fresh air in South Sudan for better South Sudan all.

To Some, Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.

For some others, leaders are born while to most people leadership is ascribed. Akol Koor Kuch is a born leader, coming to serve his people and not to be served, as he is well prepared, it is said that one can not give what he or she doesn’t have. He has the traits, capacity, competence and corgnizance experience, with audacious vision and courage, as a good leader with an impeccable strong character and discipline to steer the ship of South Sudan to be a place, where all her citizens both those at home and diaspora, will come back to be very proud of their country just like Americans.

All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership.

Leadership can be very tasking especially when a leader truly desires to implement policies that will benefit the people other than his personal interest.

Very often, you discover that people who have excelled in other areas of human endeavours like  academics and business tend to underform when given the opportunity to lead independence institution. Efficient leadership is beyond competence, academics qualifications and years of either work or business experience even thought hey still count.

Good character in leadership commands respect. Besides being trusted, these leaders have the respect of their teams and even their competition. A person with good character is courteous, never demeaning. They accept others and appreciate hearing opposing viewpoints, and as a result of their willingness to listen and accept, their respect increases. People with poor character aren’t respected because they have shown that they will not make good choices or make decisions that are in the interest of the team.

Once a leader’s character is proven untrustworthy, their ability to lead will be significantly diminished. Authentic leaders lead from a strong, personal, and moral value that can have a profound effect on their organization and inspire their team to greatness.

Great leaders have vision and mission. They can see and forecast the future. They have a clear and exciting ideas of where they are going and what they are trying to accomplish and are excellent and very strategic in planning.

To get the vision actualized, they deploy every workable and acceptable means to get things work for good and betterment of the people, ensures that the majority are happy and comfortable with the administration of Gen. Akol Koor Kuch. Ensures the Security is good/favourable, makes life easy and convenient for the masses in the Republic.

He had a clear vision and mission of what he wants to achieve and how to achieve them, distinguish him from others and can be regarded as a Courageous leader.

Being Courageous means the ability and willingness to take risk in other to achieve the set and desired goals, irrespective of the obvious obstacles and challenges you may encounter.

A leader that can squeeze water from the rock and make things happen.

Gen. Akol-dit is in all standard possess the quality, ability and capacity to deliver good Security to South Sudanese.

A man who has distinguished himself in the experienced skills. A man that has good intentions for his people, he knows when to take the right steps and decisions for the overall interest of South Sudanese and entire nation.

He is a truly leader that has the confidence  to stand alone,  the courage to make tough decision,  and the compassion  to listen to the needs of others, and he is a leader who can see how things can be improved and rallies people to move toward that better vision. He can work toward making their vision a reality while putting people first.

He does not set out to be a leader but become one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent. Leadership lifting a persons vision  to high sights,  the raising of the  person’s  performance  to higher standard,  the building  of a personality  beyond its normal limitations.

 He. (Akol Lion) is dynamic, visionary servant leader who is bringing to the table an innovative Security Management, policies, ideas and developmental packages, as he is replicate his huge success in his Institution, through his experience  skills and youthful energy and innovation he invested in his Institution, which is today an empire towering over the years with uncommon breakthroughs and remarkable achievements, this is posing to bear in the leadership of South Sudan.

Think about Akol’s factor panacea. South Sudan will experience tremendous rapid Security and development, by the grace of Almighty God.

I believe with all our hearts that standing up for South Sudan means standing up for the God who has so blessed our land to have these type of leaders. We need God’s help to guild our nation South Sudan through Rebellion sth, but we can’t expect him to protect south Sudan in a crisis if we just leave him on the shelf in our day-to-day living.
