Monday, April 14, 2025(Nyamilepedia) — The Ignoramus always unknowingly creates problems for themselves, due to their low sense of reasonings, and aptitudes. The decisions, and actions of Ignoramus mostly backfires with blemishes and devastation not only to themselves, but also to others. Hence, institutions run by ignoramus, are problematic; – creating problems, than solutions. Divisive than unifying, and so is the SPLM regime to South Sudanese.

This is indeed situation South Sudanese are encountering, as Ignoramus in power are too problematic, creating problems not only for the Country, but also for themselves, rather than solving the problems.

In such situations, whereas we become the very witnesses, one must confess that; The very problems, or conflicts they had created, they seemed to have no ideas of solving it, or help the Country excite it. In fact, SPLM regime leadership has runed out of senses of how to save, and serve the Country from collapsing.

They look for the solutions where solutions cannot be produced. Hence, all what they now do, is fixing their minds on, and swerving all their efforts for the destruction of Dr. Riek Machar, as well opposition fronts in the Country.

They misbelieve the destruction of Dr. Riek Machar and ending of Opposition fronts in the Country as possible solutions to the problems of conflicts facing the Country. This misbelief, is true manifestation not only of chimera, but also syndromes of idiocracy of SPLM regime leadership is suffering from.

SPLM regime leadership under President Salva Kirr has forgotten that, there are some important issues that they should have focused on, than, focusing on unsubstantiated allegations falsified to eliminate Dr. Riek Machar, and ending opposing forces, which they have taken as threats for their continuity in power.

They don’t know that, uncorroborated imputation fabricated for destruction of Dr. Riek Machar is too costive. Contemplating
The government’s senselessness of spending millions of United States Dollars only to buy (corrupt) individuals royal to Dr. Riek Machar to jilt him (Dr. Riek Machar), and join the Government. Hiring foreign forces (UPDF) with millions of United States Dollars for their protections from the person of Dr. Riek Machar, and opposition forces?.

The government is wasting a lot of resources only for the purpose of destruction of one single human being called Dr. Riek Machar, than spending these resources to bring peace and stability through dialogue  with Dr. Riek Machar, and other opposition fronts, as well provisions of essential social services to the Country  is desperately lacking.

Today we are witnessing a Government that no longer focuses on other pressing issues than fixing themselves with everything in allotment for the destruction of Dr. Riek Machar through legal means, – of prosecuting him before the Court of Justice, and sentenced him to death, or life imprisonment – using state resources and apparatus. This intention points out the senselessness, and idiocracy of the Government of SPLM under the leadership of President Salva Kirr.

It is indeed senseless for the regime not only to waste resources, but also think of prosecuting Dr. Riek Machar on baseless allegations without knowing that, such decisions will create more draconian, and destabilize the country as will fuel conflicts, insecurities and sufferings.

Verily, ‘the leadership of President Salva Kirr should take caution that, “any attempt to prosecute Dr. Riek Machar, will only create more problems for the Government, the leadership,  and the nation.”

It is better for the Government to deal with issues of hunger, unemployment levels, poverty, poor  health and education services, conflicts, insecurities and lack of infrastructures, as well engage in dialogue with the person of Dr. Riek Machar, and other oppositions fronts than to waste time, and resources on dealing with the person of Dr Riek Machar, and ending of Opposition fronts in the Country, which won’t help, and solve the nation’s problems.

It would have been better  for the Government to deal with the promises they (SPLM) made during the liberation struggle as well at the time of the referendum that appurtenances
independence of South Sudan, which can salvage the nation, and restore hope to suffering populations.

If SPLM leadership seriously wants to continue to rule, they should better deal with these issues of their promises, and have dialogue with opposition fronts, including Dr. Riek Machar; to inspire South Sudanese to give them a chance to continue ruling.

withal, Leadership of SPLM should recall that, Dr. Riek Machar is not the only individuals that might have committed political crimes against the state; There are many people serving in the Government that have criminal cases such as war crime and crime against humanity, crime of lootings and corruptions, crimes of tribal and political based incitement of violence, as well crimes of misuse of powers and positions; so why only Dr. Riek Machar becomes the first victim, to be paraded before the Court for prosecution?

Hence, their decision to prosecute Dr. Riek Machar is ignominious, unfair, unjust, not salvage, and not helpful.  Their decisions will not restore peace and stability, as well as demonstrate justice, but fuel violence in the Country”

Indeed, intention to prosecute Dr. Riek Machar just like any ordinary citizens while corrupt and criminal government officials in power position enjoys immunity from prosecution is an act of selective justy. This means equality before the law which is the cornerstone of democracy is no longer being upheld by the SPLM regime.

This act of selective justice, is a great threat to the very foundations of democracy, and will lead to public distrust in Government as well, contribute to social and economic instability, and national violence.

We must reject selective justice practices, and swiftly act in defence  of democracy, “We must owe it to ourselves and future generations to ensure that democracy in South Sudan is not just a word, but a reality.”

In conclusion, the SPLM Government should not reduce focus, and commit the crime of injustices to the person of Dr. Riek Machar while forgetting that, “They themselves who are in Government are criminal too, who will not be in power positions for ever. Their time in government is short, and about to end. The same laws that they Intent to apply to others , special Dr. Riek Machar today, may be applied to them too, tomorrow. They must know that, “those who set traps for others, usually get trapped in the same trap.”

Just as Bob Marley said, “He who digs a pit, falls into it”: hence, I am advising the leadership of President Salva Kirr that, “they, who are in power positions, should never misuse it; for they will reap what  they are sowing now when their time comes. Therefore, Be wise and careful today, because there is always tomorrow.
