Lt. Gen. David Yau Yau, Gen. Khalid Bora, Hon.Joseph Lilimoy and the rest of Cobra Faction posting at Girkidi-Pibor Road

March 22,2015 (Nyamilepedia)—-The Murle tribe who are popularly famous of bravery and unity among themselves in their sub-clans of greater Pibor administrative Area (GPAA) and who also suffered in the hands of Dinka Bor community for so many years are today going to keep suffering economically and politically in the same hands If they will continue to watch and give a gaze at those wolves.

According to Michael Makuei Lueth, who save as the mouthpiece in King Salva’s palace, said that the continuous construction of the Girkidi-Pibor road would have a detrimental effect on the ecosystem and wildlife in the park.

Lueth said the ministers’ decision was made following a recommendation from the minister of interior and wildlife conversation, Aleu Ayieny Aleu.

“The council of ministers suspended the construction of the road after it was discovered the route passed through Bandingilo National Park, located on the eastern bank of the Nile River”. said the tribalist Minister.

Who were the ministers, and how were they so blind that they felt short to envision the transformation Girkidi road will bring to people of GPAA?

Makuei Lueth said the road which link central Equatoria and Greater Pibor Administration Areas shouldn’t be constructed until further notice from the government. Saying the users of the road will affect the wild animals inhabiting those areas in the long run.

In my own opinion, Makuei wants to tarnish away the little cohesion and the recent peace that the people of Golgothin, the mighty Murle desperately wants to enjoy.

By the orders that led to closure of Girkidi-Pibor road, the Murle community should not just send youths to protest for 1 hour, but the elders and the leaders of the community of all the Murle sections should confront the President to call off the decision made on tribal basis by Puppet Michael Makuei and the unknown council of ministers.

My fellow South Sudanese where in this world will you find a human being compare to animals and money? Its happened only in south Sudan and it’s done by the people who won’t let other people prosper and experience changes.

Murle are human beings and there will be no single day a human life will be more valueless than that of an antelopes. The road should continue to be construct so that all valuable goods and services reach the needy on time.

On contrary President Kiir Government wanted to dishonor the recent peace agreement signed between the cobra faction and the government in Addis Ababa. And this came to be crystal clear went Michael Makuei who has nothing to do with Roads, bridges and transportation jump and grabs the orders into his own mouth by announcing his filthy utters that eventually led to the shutting down of that meaningful road.

Dinka Bor Particularly should refrain from their culture of envy, hatred, selfishness, wickedness, supremacy, jealousy and other bitter things they are well known for against other communities in South Sudan for all communities deserved to be treated equally.

Bor community also shouldn’t be green eyes over the Murle who are prospering bit by bit on their daily basis, Murle tribe needs more time to heal the wounds you have Causes because of your cruelty and domination. They need peace, love, development, unity and among others.

My people, Murle were drag to all types of hostility, sorrows, grief, starvation, death and isolation. They live a miserly life for five good years as if they were not part of this country and this was artificially designed in Bor by the cohorts who want to bewitch them went its should be their time to enjoy. God Forbid.

President Salva Kiir Mayardit should not relax seeing wolves destroy his almost gone legacy, Makuei Lueth should be Fire and sack for peace to prevail in south Sudan and Kuol Manyang Juuk also should be relieve from his place for he is behind the suffering of Murle since 2008 up to today date and also for his involvement to recruits Jie tribe to have differences with their brothers the Murle.

The two national ministers who hail from greater Bor want to repeat the 2010 incident of envy and drag the Murle back to this senseless war impose on south Sudanese after they have failed from all the necessary process to make the Murle attack the greater Lou Nuer Areas.

Too bad to depend on others for manpower when you cannot defense your own eyes from the bite of Tsetse Flies.
Whereas, it’s up to Bor as community at large to let the sleeping dog lie or else the Mighty Bothotnya, Titi and Lango will deal with them in the short period of time if they won’t give a pause to their jealousy.

I have spoken my words and may gods of the land hear my voice……………….

South Sudanese need peace now not tomorrow.

Sirir Gabriel Yiei Rut,

I strongly with you at this point. I hate Kiir to death, but I applauded him for stopping constructing this road. Roads are always constructing to connect important cities with good and responsible people who can do business. In turn, the government will collect taxes from those people to compensate for the money spent in road constructions.

There are always need to construct roads to connect particular cities. As you know, all South Sudanese from all walk are afraid to do business with Murle. Who is going to use that road? who is going to risk his life to use murle road? Constructing that road is a waste of money, waste of time, and a waste of valuable resources. I strongly support the construction suspension of that road.

Sirir or bed
When did you become a soldier to call yourself a comrade “cde” ?. Currently this word is being abused by the rebels supporters in diaspora.

Your description of Dinka Bor community in your is based on nothing but hatred. I wonder what your rebel group will do to them when you succeed in unseating Kiir Mayardit? Exterminate all of them like you tried in the 1990s?

These people you hate so much are the lesser problem in Jonglei. When did armed Dinka Bor civilians last attack Uror, Ayod, Nyirol, Pibor or Akobo? Have you forgotten the vicious cycle of violence between you Lou Nuers and Murle? You killed innocent children, old people, women, stole livestock and torched down entire villages between yourselves. When did Dinka Bor ever participate in such primitive and inhuman acts in your villages? Idiot

How’s Dinka Bor responsible for a decision taken by council of ministers? The so called national park is not in their land, how can they give a damn about it? Hate articles like yours here is why Riek Machar rebel group is viewed as a tribal anarchist organization with sole aim of destroying all Dinka communities starting with Dinka Bor and Apadang but you will never succeed. How can a person in a position of authority (chapter in Egypt or whatever name) release such piece of writing if my view is incorrect? Your article is simply hate speech

Sirir Gabriel Yiei Rut, even the issue of road construction involved politics, you call people to be fire base on racial and tribalism? The construction was been stop because the contractors have decided as the rain season is underway and it seem to be very hard to make constructing road in the mud and it is not about racial. Please keep singing about spreading tribalism which is why others tribes are doubting on former vice president but there is no benefit my friend to gains by generating division among Southern Sudanese people.

Mr. Siri,
while i do partly agree with your frustration about road closure and while reading through your article, i thought you would mention how you think about creating a detour out of the said national park and instead of halting the road construction all together. That way you, will have provided an option which i think, the council of ministers and the minister for wildlife did not care to explore. Moreover, iwould like to mention also that south sudan is very fragile now interms of peace, we as interlectuals should be preaching a language of peace while at the same time, adressing issues around development. Saying “the culture of Dinka Bor community hatred” is not apropriate, iwould rather you adress the faults of the council of ministers who made that decision as individuals and not as from a particular community.

Thanks, just my little observation and opinion.

Thank cde. Sirir for your observation though you did not touch the root cause for closure of Road Construction directly. In my opinion the root cause is lack of money or people like Makuey Lueth want to use those money of that project to be delivered into their personal account. Where were they when the project was proposed Analise funded and construction begins? Second reason they want to use the money in order to complete Juba – Bor road which was not completed by UNMISS because government advocate to use the road for lunching heavy attack to Lou community. Those of AGUMUT and Magol are Just barking at lease opinion should be like one of Rebbecca at least

Road of Pibor,
The road construction is suspended because it passes through our National Park. The mistake was with the Ministry of roads and the contractors who didn’t do their research before they announce the construction of roads and only to be told by the Ministry of Wildlife Conservation that it will affect our national park animals. There was no need for announcement in the council of Ministers. All they could have done was to make construct the road which ensures that the park is not touched. The Murle would not have any problem with that. All they need is a road, they would careless about where it passes in so long as it reaches to Juba. Our council of Ministers sometimes do not know how sensitive certain projects are and they should be handled with care.

Nyaluak,
you have touched on a great issue which is most often ignored by development partners, both NGOS and government offficials. many mega development projects already started or to be started are doomed to fail. this is because there is little or no sensible project monitoring and evaluation that has taken place before any lmplimentation i.e construction. i believe a feasibility study has not been done on the road project in question. i was doing a term project on my monitoring and evaluation for timely response course to analyse and critique an existing/ ongoing development project. i checked on USDAID and CIDA sites for their funded south sudan development projects, i was not suprised to discover that almost all the projects have either been discontinued or suspended altogether untill i had to settle for the kenyan vision 2030 agriculture development plan. what i think at this moment that the concerned community should do is to press for an alternative detour route for the road that will not affect the wildlife because they are our future source of income.

I wish to direct my message to President Kiir’s regarding the suspension of Juba -Pibor road construction because of environmental concerned as it’s were stated overtime in the previous comments. Mr. president I sincerely express our frustration feelings to you and I would like to stress to you that’s you’re the head of state and there could be no way for the council of ministers to made a resolution of shutting down Pibor road construction without you’re knowledge.

Therefore, to avoid renewal of war between your government and Murle community who were previous had demonstrated their love and support in you, you have to call off the suspension of Pibor road as soon as possible. If you feel observe that’s Murle are with you, your fooling yourself.

We also aware of Murle politicians who were loyal to you, often received bribe price offered by you to convince our people in GPAA rally behind you even when you haven’t done much to us,they might have involve in sabotaging on development agendas of GPAA and we know them by name. Mr. President you seem to be man of no decision and your subordinates or junior officials are the most decision makers than you as a president of South Sudan.

You often took up wrong advice from Akol Manyank Juuk and Michael Makuei the men hail from Bor community’s who are actually on political commercial interest in your administration. And always on mission to scooper you from running the government and have intention to promotes and coach national army to liberate Mulre ancestral lands through Dinka Bor politics.

Finally, I wish to inform you once again that’s if you believe that’s cobra faction through the leadership of Hon. David YauYau will grant you support in Murle territories even when your not honest to them and give the community much development which they were expecting from you. Believe me there are some brave men from these three generations Titi,Bothonya and Lango who will not tolerates nonsense from you and our men who don’t wants to corporates with the community for better future of our society. They will go down to seek refuge in exile together with you very soon. Mr.president watch out on politicians who are merely wants to earn public funds without egoism on them.
