November 22nd 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – Recent trip by Nigeria’s controversial pastor and self-proclaimed prophet TB Joshua has costed South Sudan government around $15 million, a source with knowledge said.

Early this month, Joshua held prayers at South Sudan’s presidency in Juba in which he praised South Sudanese people for being incredible people. He called on the South Sudan leaders to compromise for the sack of their people.

Speaking to Nyamilepedia on Thursday, a source in Juba said the recent trip by the self-proclaimed prophet costed the government of President Salva Kiir Mayardit almost $15 million.

“The trip costed the government in Juba $14.7 million,” the source told the Nyamilepedia on the condition of anonymity. “We were never surprised because we know how costive the trip would be and the government was ready to pay the cost.”

The source revealed that a committee was formed by the president and appointed minister of cabinet affairs Elia Martin Lomoro and information minister Michael Makuei Lueth to head it.

The source added that a delegation from the Nigerian pastor had come to Juba in a secret trip a month early and met with senior government officials from the presidency and negotiated the cost of the trip.
