September 29th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – South Sudan’s head of National Pre-transitional Committee (NPTC) and Presidential Advisor on Security Tutkew Gatluak said Friday that the unity government expected during the second week of November won’t be formed with Dr. Riek Machar Teny.

Speaking in the Sudanese capital last week, Gatluak said Gatluak said Kiir will not form the government without Machar.
“We will not form the government [R-TGoNO] without [Riek] Machar,” Gatluak said.
