Ambassador Ahmed says she met the South Sudanese women representatives of various women block in Sudan Embassy in Juba.
He added that one of the issues among many other issues is about the role of Sudanese in enhancing the relationship with the Sudanese block on current economic and political crisis in the country.
Amb. Ahmed said they agreed that a women block from South Sudan will visit Khartoum, Sudan, in December to polish on ideas discussed in Juba, South Sudan.
“We have also agreed that a delegation from women’s block in South Sudan to visit Sudan in month of December 2016. It is our duty to facilitate the process” Ahmed.
Both the South Sudanese Women Block representatives and Sudanese Ambassador have discussed a lot of cooperation and the engagement on how to go about with the women in the union block in Sudan in which they have opened a way to visit Sudan and also get a chance to see their people refugees camps in Sudan, something that is not usually done by politicians.
Despite a lot of suffering in the country, South Sudanese politicians do not unapologetically visit the internally displaced persons even at their backyards in Juba and other major cities across South Sudan.
