The meeting was attended by senior politicians who resigned their positions in Kiir’s government after the war resumed in July this year.
The politicians concluded that Salva Kiir and the Jieng Council of Elders have scraped the August Peace agreement and strongly condemned “a coup by Taban Deng Gai” as a mean to kill the ARCISS.
The parties condemned all other violations to the peace agreement and call on Salva Kiir to reverse all the unilateral decisions that have been singly made by Kiir faction since August 2015.
“The consultative meeting called for the revocation of all decisions and actions unilaterally and arbitrarily taken by president Salva Kiir since the agreement was signed in August 2015” The communique continued.
The group described the situation in the country as a contradiction that fits a tribal group led by president Salva Kiir and senior elderly dinka politicians, call the Jieng Council of Elders, against South Sudan nationalists who are calling for nationalism in the country
“The political situation in South Sudan underlying the current civil war is a contradiction, as well as a struggle, between narrow ethnic sectarianism represented by President Salva Kiir and Jieng [Dinka] Council of Elders (JCE) on the one hand and South Sudan nationalism on the other hand,” reads the communique.
The meeting was organized by Dr. Lam Akol, a senior politician who led 18 opposition parties in the country and temporarily served as the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security in the recent government of Transitional Government of National of Unity that has now collapsed.
Dr. Lam has quitted all positions that he served in the country and now formed an armed opposition call National Democratic Movement (NDM).

The same thing I been saying since 2013, I am glad to know that others are accepting that fact and to tell it like it is and to also wake up the rest of the populations to the realities of the situation. …for what it is, ,,,a savage, barbaric and a violent tribal hegemony on steroids. Its an animal that must be put to sleep once and for all.
