August 29th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – A high-level meeting of South Sudan holdout opposition groups in Amsterdam, Netherlands, has began, top opposition leaders told the Nyamilepedia this morning.
South Sudan’s former army chief General Paul Malong said in an exclusive interview with Nyamilepedia this morning that the participants were arriving and that the meeting was to be in shortly.
The top opposition leader whose delegation is attending the meeting said he could not disclose information which should be made public after the meeting.
“The meeting will start now and the participants are arriving,” Malong said from Nairobi. “What will come out of the meeting will be published nothing is secret.”
For his part, General Oyai Deng Ajak, a senior member of the Former Detainees (FDs) confirmed that the meeting has started in Amsterdam.
