September 30th 2019 (Nyamilepedia) – A South Sudan minister has criticized President Salva Kiir Mayardit on his continual dismissal of minsters saying nothing is being changed given lack of clear vision and objective.
Dr. Richards K. Mulla, the minister of federal affairs, said this is not contributing to the development of the country and has made it very clear that the government has nothing to offer to the country.
“As you see now,” Mulla said, “what is happening, everyday there are decrees, governors are dismissed, new ones appointed, commissioners are dismissed, new ones are appointed. What is going on really?”
“Nothing is going on. People are just exchanging chairs and there is nothing, no serious development, no serious planning, that is what is going on. All resources are based in Juba, what do you get in the villages?”
